Dm&co have been great from start to finish… Ann wood found us a home and recommended us to view before we even seen a photo. Ann knew what we was looking for and couldn't of picked us a better home! 10/10 all round.

Agent Harj was full of fake promises. Although he was all smiles and seemed friendly, the minute we left after our viewing he didn’t return texts or calls and shyed away from any contact. After several calls to the agents I finally managed to find out myself that the property had been given to someone else, rather than them calling me to inform me I had to dig this information out of them which was frustrating. Avoid!

Being new to the area, we started looking at rental properties. when a sale property came on the market that we liked and we viewed, from the lettings team, sale viewing, progressing, closing the experience was brilliant, I dealt with also all the team from Chiara, Ann, Victoria, Alex, Evie and the rest of the team (and apologies if I have missed anyone), 10/10 on comms, updates, and progressing the transaction, and understanding our needs and requirements,

Great service throughout what was unfortunately a lengthy exercise no fault of DM&Co.First accepted offer was frustrated by purchaser not being able to complete for various reasons despite repeated chasing for answers by DM&Co.Following their advice remarketed and revised sale completed in good time being kept informed throughout on sale progress.Thanks to Ann Wood and the rest of the team for their excellent work and hesitation in recommending DM&Co to others.

Ignorant and unprofessional Estate Agents! I contacted them three times to view a property. I ended up knocking on the Venders door and viewing on the spot. I offered nearly full asking price with a full cash, nothing to sell offer and they said they'd come back to me after the bank holiday, it's now been 6 days and I've not even had a refusal email or phone call! I would never view another property with this Estate Agent and would certainly never sell a property with them!

Chiara helped us in every aspect during our move, with prompt responses whenever needed. I must congratulate the management of DM&CO for keeping such great standards of customer care. Her skill as an agent came to the fore and her knowledge ensured our home was appropriately priced for the market which allowed us to achieve the best price possible. Working with Victoria in the sales progression team was also a highlight of working with DM & Co. her tenacity allowed us to reach exchange of contracts in a timely fashion and moved us from sold to completed within 12 weeks.

I have just completed on the sale of my property and I want to say a big thank you to DM&Co. I primarily dealt with Evie and Victoria who kept me up-dated and informed regularly. From valuation to completion the whole experience was relatively stress-free. They also liaised with my solicitors and kept things moving along. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and would certainly use their services again.

We sold our home with DM&Co Solihull and purchased our next home through DM&Co Dorridge. Staff across both offices were brilliant, very easy to contact and kept pushing to get our moved sorted despite two buyers pulling out and poor solicitors elsewhere in the chain.I would recommend them to anyone in the local area.

GoogleAfter having an offer accepted, the agency continued taking offers from others without informing us that they would be doing so. I appreciate vendors want better offers, but why not be honest about it? Bearing in mind this was done after doing all their due diligence, having shared our personal and financial details. Truly disappointed in how they have managed this. This felt sneaky, dishonest and a total waste of time. When I addressed this directly to Russell, he completely ignored it and responded with nothing other than "We'll remove your details from the system". Utterly unprofessional, I wouldn't even look at properties through this agency again!

To Mashal, We are naturally very disappointed that your purchase of our Client’s property could not continue and very much regret not having another suitable property to offer you. Late on Saturday afternoon we had a request from a very well-known to us and established Investor to see the property. If they were to proceed, they robustly vouched to complete very quickly and there was no related sale, and their finances were completely in place already. As Agents we had to report this to our Client for instructions, who also asked as to our post Offer checks on your position, and we had to update our Client on your altered position. The Client was concerned about this and gave us permission to show the property again. We had never promised that the property would not be shown again. You had also not requested this. Normal policy is always to keep showing until a satisfactory Mortgage Offer is issued at least. The Investor saw the property, wished to purchase it, gave a slightly higher offer amount, and gave assurances that Completion would be within a month once more. We took instructions from the Client, a Personal Representative who had to consider what was in the best interests of the Estates various beneficiaries, who decided to accept this new offer for both more funds, and more importantly security that it would proceed urgently and in a straightforward manner. At the earliest opportunity on Monday, the horrible task of informing you by telephone was carried out. We are once more most sorry to not be able to help you in this property’s purchase.
