TrustpilotWorld class and exceptional customer service with…
We had an exceptional experience with DM&Co. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication exceeded our expectations. From the initial consultation and viewing with Anne to the progression and final closing today handled by Victoria, they together demonstrated expertise in the real estate market and provided valuable insights. Communication was seamless, and Victoria consistently went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure high quality personalised customer service. She kept everyone involved in the chain informed and updated and me and my wife both agree that if it wasnt for Victoria, the entire chain would.have collapsed. We whole heartedly highly recommend DM&Co. to anyone seeking a reliable and results-driven team for their real estate needs.

TrustpilotWhat a fantastic team at DM&Co
What a fantastic team at DM&Co. We are so grateful for all their hard work and support. I’ve used lots of Estate Agents in the past and none of them compare to DM&Co as they were active on our behalf throughout the whole process, especially at the end when dealing with Solicitors and our awkward purchaser! Thank you so much for all your hard work, especially Alex who was an absolute trooper and just kept persevering on our behalf. Next time you want to sell your house you won’t go wrong with DM&Co they’re just fabulous.

TrustpilotDM & Co. Homes Helpful
My experience with Alex Griffiths of DM & Co. Homes was great because he introduced me a much desirable property when we have missed the second best property option to buy. Though there were bumps in the process of purchase, Alex helped resolving for a fair deal among parties with constant follow-up. The outcome was a satisfactory one.

TrustpilotWe highly recommend DM & Co
We highly recommend DM & Co as a first class Agent. They have been professional, efficient and helpful throughout all the ups and downs of selling our house. Kathy, Elaine and Victoria made sure we knew exactly what was going on at all times and were brilliant to work with, friendly and courteous at all times. Buying and selling can be a challenging process at times, so having an agent like DM & Co who have seen it all before really helps. You can have full confidence in their ability to smooth out the inevitable bumps in the road. Having now completed our sale, we are so pleased that we chose DM & Co and, if we moved again, we would choose them in a heartbeat!

We had a terrible experience with the office manager in their Fishponds, Bristol branch "Mark ????" - lied through his Teeth and tried to get us to pay for damage he'd caused to our property - avoid like the plague (if he's still there)

TrustpilotBurgess Hill Team - Sale of my house
I have nothing but praise for the team in Burgess Hill, West Sussex! A special shout out to Finlay, and his super-human efforts - it often seemed to me - to help to bring about communication again across the chain when it had often suddenly stalled at crucial times. Thank you so much Finlay and the team. I'm so very grateful, and I hope our paths cross again. I'd strongly recommend this team to sell your home!

Once again guys 1st class service. Always use these guys. Great price. Always polite. Always on time. And the plus is your car engine is started for you so no cold car to get into. If it’s icy the windscreen is defrosted for you. Thanks again 👍👍

I would not recommend this agency if you want to sale your property.Didn't return my calls, after 2 days of trying someone did speak to me to advise the property was under off, when i saw the same property still being advertised I sent an email asking if the property was still under off, NO response, rude, or unprofessional.I would have given zero stars if I could.

I am so thankful to DM&Co for helping me buy my first home. I had a wonderful experience working with Ann Wood, she was such a brilliant, transparent, marvellous and persistent estate agent I have ever come across. She kept me in the loop all through the process, her proactive and sublime attitude of making things work quickly was remarkable . I thoroughly enjoyed working with her in my roller coaster ride of buying this house and honestly talking she supported me through multiple hurdles. I will surely recommend her as a magnificent estate agent.

Trustpilotpurchased a property
As a client who has recently purchased a property through DM & CO I would endorse evie law in particular as someone who came across as passionate, articulate and knowledgeable of the property process whilst always conducting herself in a professional manner during our conversations over the phone or in person.During some difficult moments of the purchasing process evie showed a great deal of empathy, maturity, character and tact in dealing with the unusual set of circumstances unfolding keeping a cool head on young shoulders combined with her bubbly personalityto chase the relevant parties to ensure a smooth conclusion to the process. As a purchaser it was heartening to see that endeavour and that she was willing to go that extra mile. I would endorse evie law in particular and DM and Co Homes to provide perspective purchasers a positive experience in search of their future home.

I would highly recommend DM&Co! It was my first property purchase so the process was new to me but both Amy and Victoria made everything so easy, regularly checking in with myself and both sets of solicitors to make sure that everything moved along quickly. They were available to answer any questions throughout and made it all simple!

Quite possibly "the worst" Agent I have ever come across (Leeds area) . My daughters 1st apartment, paying top dollar and she can see sky through the roof, water running (not leaking) out of badly corroded Radiators damp everywhere. We have asked repeatedly to have these issues fixed and nothing has been done, just emails from agent to landlord and that's where it ends. Today she has said it's to cold and draughts to stay there any longer and the reply is"you need to give 2 months notice"BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE

TrustpilotNot professional
What to say, utterly unprofessional estate agent. Some properties are for sale in ivyhouse road that we like to view, seen it in Zoopla. And was told that property is sold couple of weeks ago, off hand. I am sure as an agent they have access to the account and very easy to put it STC, rather than making people running around.

TrustpilotTotally disgusted
Totally disgusting practices. This company are selling a detached property next to my home. They say it’s impossible not to include a photograph of the full frontage of my house as well. I requested the photo be cropped or changed. For a few days I regained my privacy but again the original photo has returned and is all over the internet. They say they can’t show their clients garage without my house being in the picture. Absolute garbage as the garage is on the other side of the house being sold not next to my house!!! It’s obvious they are using my home to paint a picture of a nice residential road. It’s 100% possible to take a photo showing the house , driveway and garage of their clients property without including my home. Awful just awful.
