Found a tenant in Days! After the worst experience with a previous letting company which left not a great opinion of estate agents, DM & Co have actually restored my faith! Such a smooth and professional experience from the beginning with the whole team and great communication from Chiara. Literally tenant has been found and lived in within less than a week of them viewing the property!!!!

Gabrielle and her team regularly find tenants for my properties. They always manage to find me great tenants, sometimes in a matter of days leaving me with low void periods. They are friendly, helpful and I would highly recommend them.

I wanted to leave a quick review as a buyer who dealt with DM+CO. They were always so prompt and helpful and kept us up to date throughout the whole buying process. I was extremely surprised how helpful they were considering they were working on behalf of the seller. In particular, Lynn and Victoria were lovely to us...very friendly and helpful. In the future when we are looking to sell, we would definitely choose to go with this company.

I am really pleased with my dealings with DM & CO so far, after a really bad experience with another estate agency in regards to poor communication, I was so impressed with the level of communication and customer service from Chiara in particular. We are very excited to view a property with them next week! Already feeling reassured that the communication is brilliant! Thanks Chiara!

DM&Co were an absolute joy to work with when finalising our move into our new home. The service received from start to finish was fantastic. The team were not only knowledgeable but also very attentive and mightily engaged. Special thanks to both Kate and Chiara for both their care and attention. 5 star + Highly recommended.

Kate and the lettings team have been absolutely fantastic helping us to let out our property. They have all been incredibly professional, helpful and efficient. We couldn't have asked for better service so far. Looking forward to a continued positive relationship with DM & Co for a long time to come. More than happy to recommend them to any landlords looking for an excellent tenant finding service, and property management 😀.

I really can't recommend D&Co Homes more. They helped me find new tenants for my rental property in Solihull. I worked with Kate Freeman and Chiara Gemeli‑Williams who were nothing but helpful and supportive. The entire process was quick, easy and very good value for money. Thank you again!

I had the pleasure of dealing with DM & Co.'s Chiara from the Shirley branch. Chiara was a lovely warm and friendly agent who helped me find the perfect rental property. She was fast and efficient with any requests or questions I had and I would definitely recommend her and her colleagues for finding you a property and making the process as smooth and issue free as possible!

For my first property, I chose DM and Co to manage, and I have been so impressed with their service! As a first time landlord, it was initially a daunting experience but with Kate's friendly, really helpful approach, the whole experience has been seamless and really easy to handle. They let the property after only 1-2 viewings which was amazing and from them on have always communicated well, been so patient when we had issues with contractors, helped with paperwork and provided a great service! Thankyou so much :)

I've been extremely impressed with DM & Co. Had 3 estate agents round to value the property initially and Kate was the most professional and helpful so I decided to proceed with her due to this. She was always a pleasure to deal with and quick to provide updates and respond where necessary. Once the property was marketed Chiara took over and was equally as impressive as Kate. Has always got back to any queries I've had speedily and even managed to let it to the first people to view! Really impressed with them both - a credit to the business and would thoroughly recommend using DM & Co.

We recently had the absolute pleasure of working with the lettings team to secure a 12 month tenancy for our cottage. In an age where customer service can be a bit 'hit and miss' Kate and the team at DM&Co have absolutely nailed the art of both true customer service and communication. Totally professional and with a sense of humour, it is easy to see why DM&Co are winning well deserved awards. Thank you for making it all so easy and keep up the great work. 100% highly recommended.

I have had the pleasure of entrusting my small rental portfolio to the Letting Team, specifically under the dedicated care of Gabrielle and her exceptional team, for the past year. From the moment I started working with them, I knew I had made the right decision in choosing them as my property managers. The level of customer service I have received from Gabrielle and her team has been nothing short of outstanding. Their commitment to excellence and their passion for what they do truly sets them apart from other property management agencies. One aspect that impressed me greatly was their seamless team work, which facilitated a smooth transition of my properties from my previous agent. They handled every aspect of the process with utmost professionalism and efficiency, making it hassle-free for me. Gabrielle's personal involvement and attention to detail have been remarkable. She took the time to understand my unique requirements and tailored their services accordingly. Her knowledge and expertise in the property management industry were evident in the way she addressed all my concerns and provided valuable insights to optimize my rental portfolio. The Letting Team's proactive approach to property management has ensured that my investments are well taken care of. Laura have consistently kept me informed about any developments, promptly addressed maintenance issues, and ensured that my properties are occupied with reliable tenants. Above all, their excellent communication skills have been a significant highlight of our partnership. Gabrielle and her team are always accessible and responsive, which has fostered a strong sense of trust and reliability. In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend Gabrielle and the Letting Team to anyone seeking top-notch property management services. Their dedication, team work, and personalized approach have exceeded my expectations, and I am delighted to continue entrusting them with my rental properties. Thank you, Gabrielle and the Letting Team, for your exceptional service!

Simply the best!!

Ann and all the staff at DM&Co were incredibly supportive from start to finish. They literally bent over backwards to help and support me and my elderly father to secure a home close by my own home, which now ensures he’ll have support almost literally on his doorstep 24/7. I honestly cannot thank Ann and her team enough!!

Elaine was our agent at DM and Co.

Elaine was our agent at DM & Co and she was truly amazing. We’ve bought and sold a good few times and have had some not so great experiences in the past. She was very honest, (a rare quality found from previous estate agents in our opinion) caring and showed great tenacity at all times. She kept us up to date at all times and followed up everything she did with an email and text so we didn’t need to chase anything. Unfortunately our sale didn’t go through but we would have no problem at all recommending her to all our friends. She is a massive asset to DM & Co in our opinion and I would always ask to use her in the future. We also met a few more staff on the phone and in the office and every single one of them were very professional. A rare find and a gem of an agent .

If I could give a negative score I would

S. YORKS. If I could give a negative score, I would. What an absolute bunch of useless w-----s. As a tenant we, get 6 monthly inspections, not a problem at all. The problem is, they hardly ever do the work needed & when they do, they employ the most r------d & incompetent person possible & the quality of the work is ALWAYS s--t. When you complain, they do nothing about it. For people using them as an agent: they are letting your properties deteriorate while charging you the earth.

We have recently sold and purchased whereby DM & Co were the agents for both parties. I must say that they did an excellent job all round, from the initial valuation by Peter Faithful, to the work on a daily basis by Ann Wood, Emma Chance and Amy. Ann was the person dealing specifically with both our sale and purchase. I cannot praise her enough, from her enthusiasm as regards our buyers, to the professionalism shown In dealing with our sellers, who were dealing with the issues selling a property subject of probate. Ann is able to reassure you, whilst at the same time being very honest and not frightened to ask difficult questions, which I have previously found some estate agents shy away from. Ann is also not afraid to give her own opinion when needed, which I found very refreshing. She does an excellent job. I found all of the staff extremely helpful and would always ensure that queries were answered. I would definitely recommend this team to anyone in the Solihull area .

DM&Co should be your only choice!

I have dealt with DM&Co being a client (sale of my property) and as a customer (buyer of property they are selling) and they have been impeccable from both sides. When they were my estate agents they were proactive, professional, friendly and their market knowledge of Dorridge, Knowle and Lapworth is unrivalled. They keep you updated, they chase your buyers, they market your property thoughtfully (with excellent photos) and as a result sold mine before it even hit Right Move! Their fees are also very reasonable. I wouldn’t ever go with another agency to sell my home. As a buyer of a property marketed by them, they were equally impressive. They adopt a tailored approach just for you and really listen to what you are looking for as a buyer. Alex Griffiths in particular was brilliant - always available to speak, flexible to work round my busy schedule and he hand picked places (both on and off the market) for me to view. As a result of his hard work, I managed to find the perfect home for me within a couple of months and we managed to tie this in with my sale. I couldn’t recommend this agency more. Thanks team!

Professional and Responsive

DM & Co were professional and responsive from the outset. We felt confident that they had built up relationships and a data base of potentially interested buyers for our property. True to their word Alex, a Sales Consultant at DM & Co organised for several prospective buyers to view our home within days of our giving the instructuon. After that weekend we had a buyer, and Alex then managed the sale process liaising between our buyer, and relevant parties. As a result the process was a smooth one, and took under 4 months from instruction to completion. Thank you to Alex and the team - would highly recommend.
