DM & Co were professional and responsive from the outset. We felt confident that they had built up relationships and a data base of potentially interested buyers for our property. True to their word Alex, a Sales Consultant at DM & Co organised for several prospective buyers to view our home within days of our giving the instructuon. After that weekend we had a buyer, and Alex then managed the sale process liaising between our buyer, and relevant parties. As a result the process was a smooth one, and took under 4 months from instruction to completion. Thank you to Alex and the team - would highly recommend.

Absolutely everything you need in an Estate Agent

As some other clients have alluded too, we also had a bit of a bumpy ride due to the current market, and it wasn't plain sailing for us either. However(!), Ann Wood, Senior Negotiator at DM & Co. was absolutely brilliant throughout and she made it happen for us. She was really responsive (even on days off... and in evenings (sorry Ann)), was polite, professional, compassionate and kept my husband and I calm throughout. Ann also has a great sense of humour, at appropriate moments, and together with Emma Chance, Property Co-ordinator, they were excellent communicators, thank you. When you’re buying a home, you need a real estate partner who totally understands what you are looking for and will pull out every stop to find and secure it. Do not take responsibility or interest in the legalities of what they are selling. For instance, they have had a Goldthorpe S Yorks property on there books since at least 2017 ( when it was reduced in price). The property includes a building in the yard, which might have been sold separately. Person on the phone, did not know what the status of the property was.Park Rd Barnsley. Very large garden, with planning permission for house, actually permission is expired and owner of property sold land to company he owns. Have pressed on whether the owner is in a position to sell the land. No answer.Everyone at an individual office is given a title such as CEO

Everything about DM & Co selling my house was a positive experience

Everything about DM & Co selling my house was just remarkable. Peter Faithfull the Branch Manager/Valuer was helpful with valuing the house and open to discussions with the asking price. He was polite, professional, and always responded quickly to any questions I had. Ann Wood the Sales Executive was amazing. I was selling the house due to a bereavement, and she showed such compassion it was remarkable. Ann and the whole team would always email me with the viewings and provide feedback straightaway. Ann was always honest and helpful when I had an offer and advised me if it was a good offer or not and which potential buyers would be the best way forward. Ann went above and beyond and the week before the house completed, I advised her I needed a gardener to do the lawn as I wanted it to look nice for the buyers and she recommended someone. I have already recommended DM & Co to someone, and they are equally as pleased as I am.I cannot recommend them highly enough. Professional, polite, friendly, approachable, proactive, and brilliant communicators.

Elaine went over and beyond to help us secure our sale and in addition was very successful in protecting the negotiated and agreed sale price of the property after the survey had been completed. Elaine was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and we would definitely go back to the same estate agents and request her as our sales consultant again, when the time comes to sell our next property.
