we were very impressed by Elaine Birkley's management of the sale of our property. Elaine was able to drive up the initial bids and then stayed involved during the completion process, regularly liaising with both solicitors, and ensuring the sale was put to bed with no price slippage

Dealing with anyone is this company is painful,we rented a property and hunters were in charge of it,we moved out over a month ago and left the property in good condition,but they took money for deep cleaning without our consent,they took other monies for items they claimed were missing,there emails to us were rude and dismissive,she always argued with everything we said,the most unprofessional person I have ever met,they stole our money from us and now we have to take legal proceedings against themWe are still waiting on receipts from the items they claimed to have bought & the deep cleaning,the apartment didn’t need to be deep cleaned,but the greedy landlord decided to keep most of depositAbsolute disgrace of a company won’t be dealing with them again

I live in Bingley and my whole bathroom has been covered with black mould since the 5th February, which is when I reported straight away. The staff do not want to admit they should fix the issue and it took me calling the council to make them fix it (as of yet, still not fixed) They still want the full rent paid somehow too, set of theives. Not once have they offered alternative accomodation or reduced rent, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

From the very first conversation I had with Tamara, straight up to the completion of the transaction in the receiving of keys to my home, was meticulously and courteously handled in the most respectable and considerate manner ever possible. My first interaction with Russell made an indelible mark on my impression as he stood out to have the look and matching mannerism of a true gentleman. I am extremely happy and delighted that DM & Co were managing the whole process. Being my first time, I was clueless as to what to expect and what was expected of me. DM & Co made the whole operation seem like a stroll in the park. I am also very happy with my landlady who has been there to assist in making the move transition into our new home stress free, by facilitating us beyond what was required. Hello Guilherme, First of all, we were delighted to have helped your Lovely Parents so much when they rented property through DM&Co, and very happy that, once settled with your new Wife, that you too rented through DM&Co. Sadly, the property you moved out of was left in quite a poor condition. It was disheartening to discover this, as we did, and still do, think so highly of your Family, and thought this was very out of character. The cost to make the property good was kept to a minimum with as little expense to you as possible. Please note the Owner of the property also had to pay for further repairs, such as the purchase of a new washing machine and repair of other items, which you were not charged for. You did indicate you would place a poor review just before agreeing to the Deposit deductions, so the one star review & negative comment were not unexpected, as a final indication of your anger that deductions had to be made from your Deposit. GoogleExcellent, I have repeatedly used DM&Co for lettings and other financial matters, I have received excellent professional service. Unlike some of the larger national companies with fancy brands that pass you on to different staff thereby losing consistency and not getting back to you at all and not doing their job. With DM&Co I speak to the same experienced people who really do care and immediately know what is required without having to fully explain each time, they are are passionate about their services. I would thoroughly recommend.

Absolutely awful service from the Rugeley branch, had a viewing cancelled, my husband had to chase for next viewing only to be told the viewings were full and basically tough luck!! Then got a call to arrange a viewing, which we thought, ok let's go.... Only to show up and no one there.Rang the branch to be told they was viewing all morning so will call the lady who was doing the viewing.The nice young lady has to come back to us to tell us it was cancelled again and we should have received an email, which we never!The communication was truly awful, no follow up calls at all, absolutely dreadful Cust service...... Avoid!!!!!
