GoogleAlthough my previous experience with DJ Alexander, regarding repairs to my rented flat, has been disappointing, I’d like to recognize the excellent service I received recently from Saif Tufail, the property relationship manager. Saif took ownership of the issue and ensured the work was carried out quickly and efficiently. His communication was prompt, clear and professional throughout, and he kept me updated at every stage. Googlejust now New My experience with DJ Alexander has been negative. I booked a flat viewing for a property and was then informed it was cancelled at short notice. I then got an email later that day saying a similar property is available but it was the same one. I queried this and was told it fell through so it’s available for a viewing again. I then booked another viewing only for to be cancelled an hour before again that it had been let. This was all communicated via automated emails. Not a great experience.

Whenever tenants raise different issues, he proactively contacts different contractors, compares quotations, and provides me with professional advice. GoogleDJ Alexander seem far more interested in closing maintenance tickets than actually fixing problems. We spent years reporting drafts, damp, freezing temperatures, and rising heating costs, only to receive delays, poor contractor work, and temporary “solutions” that made conditions worse. The only time responses became prompt was after significant escalation, which says a lot about their standard level of service. Extremely disappointing experience overall.

Emma turned up on time, was very attentive and professional during the viewing, assisting with identifying all amenities inside the property, and most importantly, sharing the feeling of the property, as it is very special indeed and a lovely flat.

The viewing process was very smooth and stress-free from start to finish. The agents were friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with. I would especially like to mention Joye, who was amazing throughout the property viewing and the whole process. She was welcoming, helpful, and genuinely pleasant to speak with, which made the experience much more comfortable. Overall, I had a very positive experience with the agency and would happily recommend them.

1st interaction with this company was them threatening me to pay for damage done by someone else to a shared front door. 2nd interaction was them telling me work will be getting done on my apartment. Starting date they gave me was wrong, the finishing date was wrong and even the work being done turned out to be wrong. Didn't want to take any responsibility when this impacted me. 3rd interaction with this company was them illegally increasing my rent twice inside 12 months. They denied this was illegal and then ignored my emails until I phoned their head office and demanded a response. Conveniently it was only after I had moved out and they had increased the price again for the next tenant they then admitted they had acted illegally and that it shouldn't of happened. They'll mess you around, ignore you and even break the law. Avoid.
