As a landlord, these guys attempted to rip me off claiming that an out of hours electrician had to be called out. What they didn't know was that I actually spoke to the electrician while he was on the job at 11:30am on a Tuesday. When busted, they lied further saying a less experienced electrician had attended the evening before but couldn't resolve the problem, therefore the job was passed to someone else the following day. Turned out that was a lie also as the tenant confirmed no electrician had come 'out of hours'. When called out on that, they threw their toys out the pram. They have now been relieved from the duties as Property Managers. I would urge other landlords to follow suit. Very shady practices and barefaced dishonesty.The reply below is another lie. When confronted on their dishonesty they lied again and played victim and it was apparently all my fault. A pathetic response from a pathetic little man.

Although I arrived late to my viewing because of road confusion, Asif did not show the least bit of resentment towards my lateness. He was quite flexible. He offered to either tour us around or let us look at everything on our own as we asked questions as we went. As soon as I asked Asif a question, he provided an instant response with an answer. He has been very prompt in his responses to my emails and has walked me through the entire procedure. He is a valuable asset to the company and he is helping to make the transition that I am going through as painless as it possibly can be for me.

Had a very good experience with Asif Mohammed through DJ Alexander. I really appreciated his willingness to work with me as I was at our town at the time of applying for my flat, and he let a friend view it on my behalf. He was very prompt and informative in his emails.

It’s a really nice viewing today. Sarah was so thoughtful and considerate, she came down to check on us herself when we hadn't been able to get on because of a doorbell problem and answered my questions carefully. As an agent I thought she was really excellent and lovely.

I am not a tenant this is a review of their website. Its useless and has you repeat the same questions over and over again just to tell you there are no viewing slot available. Why make the book a viewing tab available if no viewing slots are available?

Just moved into my new flat and the customer service and support I've had from the start of the process has been excellent.From viewing the flat through to signing the tenancy agreement was such a smooth procedure and only took around 4 days which I thought was insanely fast!Correspondence is always speedy which is awesome and a big shout out to Paul who has been very helpful from the viewing all the way to handing the keys over.

GoogleWould leave 0 starts if would be possible. A company to be skipped at all costs. Aweful service with hips of promises and no actions. After 1 year of negotiation they havent even managed to refund the depksit and pay the bill they agreed to be paid. Around 1k owned by them and still just promises.

GoogleI give a start because I cannot give zero. Please avoid this company. They are very incompetent and unprofessional. When you end your lease they will try to keep the deposit by inventing that they had to hire a cleaning company, even if you have cleaned the house and have proof of it. They don't answer emails and if they do answer it's because you chase them. Even management, if you contact them they don't answer. To avoid at all costs, they will try to keep the deposit money.
