GoogleAvoid at all costs. Never resolve maintenance issues, poor communication and absolutely atrocious to deal with in any capacity.

GoogleTerrible liars. I busted them twice in the same dishonest drivel they were dishing up when they were attempting to overcharge for maintenance work. Avoid at all costs His pathetic response below is another lie, they double down on their lie and then played the victim. I repeat, avoid at all costs.

GoogleDJ Alexander have fantastic staff members, I have been living in one of DJ Alexander properties for 3years and 8 months, the support I get from staff is top-notch Natalie and Imran are some of the staff I have encountered and they were supper supportive, they were very professional and have good sense of humour, they respond swiftly even during their thigh schedule,I will recommend DJ Alexander to anyone looking for a property 👍.

GoogleLaura McTaggart was our DJ Alexander agent who helped in securing our rented flat in Edinburgh. We were very anxious through the whole process but Laura was very responsive throughout and made sure we got the house within the promised timeframe. Working with her helped ease our nerves about the whole situation. Thanks so much Laura! GoogleThis company are only interested in getting their management fees. The have zero interest in ensuring their landlords comply with current legislations. They have no interest in the health and safety of their tenants. They don't do their due diligence on properties they take on and their customer care is non existent. The repairs and maintenance team provide a very poor service. If you value your health don't let a property from them, go to a reputable agency

We have been blown away by the care and thoroughness of a rental application made. Gill made the process feel so easy and it’s was amazing to have her there, always willing and able, to guide us through the whole process. We had given up hope finding a rental in Edinburgh, and so it’s a huge relief to have this all arranged with the move in date, just around the corner! We can’t thank you enough!!!

I have used DJ Alexander for several years to manage my own property after having dealt with them for several years prior through my work. I have always found them a good firm to deal with and responsive to queries and flagging when there are issues at the property. I find the end of tenancy and any inspections reports comprehensive and practical.

After disappointing service from another company, we moved to DJA who managed the letting of our flat for a number of years. When the time came to sell the flat, DJA seamlessly went from letting agent mode to estate agent mode and made the whole process effortless. This was especially helpful seeing we live far away. Good communication, a good urgency about the whole process, well done them.

I can highly recommend DJ Alexander for the very competent and efficient handling of the sale of my flat in Edinburgh. The sale was conducted by Sarah McIntyre who was at all times very professional and prompt with her replies to my queries. At all times I felt I was getting her full attention and being given good sound advice as to the preparation of the property for sale. She was indeed correct with all her suggestions and the property sold relatively quickly with no issues. Her colleague James Coyle marketed the property very well and I thank him for his attention to detail and again for his very prompt replies. All told the team did a very good job and I can highly recommend them for their professionalism and overall efficiency.
