GoogleDeliberate fraudulent scammers, they use reposit (a deposit scheme that favours landlords) instead of using a deposit protection scheme which goes through verification and charges the tenant justly (which most other places use). You spend hours cleaning a relatively unused flat, washing the rug, etc. to absolute perfection before you move out and they charge you £100s for, and I'm not even kidding, water stains on your shower head and an ice cube tray in the freezer that was there when you moved in. Couldn't imagine what they would have charged us if we didn't leave the flat looking brand new, £1000s? Avoid them at absolute all costs unless you like being done over by greedy landlords.

From first viewing with Gill who went above and beyond to my frequent emails with Jemma Watt, who has been a superstar at answering my millions of questions. Overall good review as I don't have anything to compare them too 😁😁

Our Property Manager Asif went above and beyond with our request to keep a dog in our flat. When we originally asked back in September of 2022, the landlord refused our request. However, deciding to be cheeky, we thought we would ask again a year later in August 2023. To our surprise, Asif went beyond what we ever had expected. He corresponded back and forth with the landlord over a period of a week and managed to convince them to allow us to keep a dog in our flat. I really would recommend Asif to anybody thinking of renting from DJ Alexander. Asif has given my partner and I the opportunity to welcome a dog into our lives - which we never thought would be possible as tenants. Leaving a 5 star review for him, with the additional note that if I could leave more, I would.

The team at DJ Alexander were simply incredible, and I don't say that lightly. Mark and Ashley went above and beyond to get me the right rental property, even though my situation was complicated by my disability. Moving house is always stressful, but these guys at least made that little bit easier!Highly recommend!

GoogleTerrible liars. I busted them twice in the same dishonest drivel they were dishing up when they were attempting to overcharge for maintenance work. Avoid at all costs His pathetic response below is another lie, they double down on their lie and then played the victim. I repeat, avoid at all costs.

GoogleDJ Alexander have fantastic staff members, I have been living in one of DJ Alexander properties for 3years and 8 months, the support I get from staff is top-notch Natalie and Imran are some of the staff I have encountered and they were supper supportive, they were very professional and have good sense of humour, they respond swiftly even during their thigh schedule,I will recommend DJ Alexander to anyone looking for a property 👍.
