TrustpilotA very effective knowledgable and friendly service
Yasser and his team took over the sale of my flat after an unhappy experience with another company. They organised an immediate flow of serious viewings and kept me me fully informed through to the successful sale.

TrustpilotNo complaints
We have been very pleased with them. The whole application and move in process was very smooth. We were particularly pleased with Gemma-Louise Mavor. After searching for several flats and only getting rejections, Gemma reached out to us and asked if she could help us secure another flat. It is because of her help and initiative that we have the flat we're living in now. We are so grateful for her!
Thank you, Hannah, for this excellent review. We will pass this onto Gemma-Louise.

We recently worked with D J Alexander on a complex corporate let. Despite numerous technical issues on our side, and one complication with the Goodlord platform, Carol was responsive, contactable and very efficient.

TrustpilotPrompt and friendly response
The team response very promptly and in a very friendly manner to my request. As my brother financial guarantor I only have contact to the accounts, and even though my request was to PM team, the e-mail was forward promptly and picked up by PM Team Dundas's Evie. Imran Iqbal on the field got back to me on the same day and reassure me of my concern. Problem solved!
Thank you, PL, for this excellent review. We will pass this onto Evie & Imran and the Team.

TrustpilotSeamless Rental Experience with Exceptional Service from Gemma
Fantastic experience with DJ Alexander in Edinburgh! Found the perfect property thanks to their extensive options. Gemma, my property manager, was a star! She clearly communicated what was needed to secure our home and expedited the application process. Not only did she personally hand over the keys, but she also ensured everything was top-notch. Smooth process, all thanks to Gemma. Highly recommend!

TrustpilotExcellent service and empathy
When I moved into my flat in Edinburgh there were several issues which made it very difficult to settle in. However, things improved when Cass and Alison stepped in to ensure that things began to move smoothly. Cass went out of her way to help me settle in by sorting out all the issues day-by-day. Alison was instrumental in sorting out important furnishings/white goods for the flat without which I would have probably moved on elsewhere. I also learnt quite a lot of house maintainence stuff from Alison which is very useful!! I am very grateful to them and they are a credit to DJ Alexander as a company and part of the reason to still have faith in the system!! Thank you Alison! Thank you Cass! Keep up the good work!
Thank you, Anwesha, for this excellent review. We will pass this onto Cass & Alison and the Team.

TrustpilotDealings with DJ Alexander since moving in
We are very lucky to have moved into a stunning property in the west end of Glasgow managed by DJ Alexander. Throughout our tenancy, we have had a number of issues arise such as a broken washing machine and the landlord requesting a refurbishment after our move-in date but this has been handled greatly by Tyler who has taken the time to explain everything step by step and has had engineers come out as soon as possible. Really helped put our minds at ease
Thank you, Sonny, for this excellent review. We will pass this onto Tyler and the Team.

I am moving again to another apartment with DJ Alexander as the agent and as usual an amazing service. I enjoy renting with them because they have made my rental life so easy since I moved to Edinburgh. My recent viewing with Natalia Piekarska was amazing, she was so kind and prompt in supporting throughout my application stages. I am so grateful for her professional service. Also I love the Goodlord reference check, a very good and seemless service. The maintenance team are lovely and they are so approachable. Overall, I have enjoyed a lovely rental service from DJ Alexander and will recommend them always. Thank you for all you do.

TrustpilotEdinburgh sales
I have sold 4 properties in the last year and I have had a fantastic experience lead by Yasser Albassam and the team at DJ. He offered good advice and negotiated well when needed. I am some distance away and he organised all work that was required prior to marketing quickly and at a good price. Great experience, I would recommend DJ to anyone wanting to sell.

TrustpilotGreat experience supported by a professional team!
We've just rented our new home via DJ Alexander and will be moving in shortly. From the outset they've been a complete delight to work with. Laura McTaggart and Caroline Connelly have guided us through every step from our initial viewing to signing our lease - they've provided advice on our chosen location and calmly guided us through the referencing process with GoodLord (who were also excellent). Can't recommend DJ Alexander highly enough. Such a professional, warm and friendly team! Thank you all!
Thank you, Erica, for this excellent review. We will pass this onto Laura, Caroline and the Team.
