We've recently rented an apartment via DJA. Nice helpful people - very efficient. I've deducted one star as their associated Goodlord platform seems to have many problems - we had to involve their tech support several times. I think many prospective tenants would have given up and gone elsewhere.

Great Service

We have just moved to Edinburgh and in a desperate need of an apartment. After several viewings with no success, DJ Alexander came to the rescue! Natalia was extremely helpful and understanding. She showed great professionalism during the viewing and the application process. She really made the experience a smooth and easy one. My son and I are very grateful and settling well.

I had the pleasure of renting a flat…

I had the pleasure of renting a flat through D J Alexander for almost three years, and the process of ending my lease went very smoothly. My contact with Amy Vass, the End of Tenancy Property manager, was exceptionally positive. She provided me with valuable tips and guidance, which facilitated a seamless termination of the lease and ensured the return of my deposit. I am grateful for her assistance throughout this process.

Excellent service

I have just sold my flat in Glasgow with DJ Alexander and I cannot fault them. They have kept me up to date with everything, always been available to speak to when I have had questions and had property sold in less than a week! Ruth and Connor have been really helpful and had a lot of local knowledge to be able to advise on how best to market the flat. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an estate agent.

Friendly and efficient service.

Johan was very communicative and kept us fully informed on progress with the clean-up of our flat and organising new keys for the property. When we asked about progress and suggestions for sprucing up the flat, including removal of unwanted furniture, these were responded to promptly She was at all times friendly and helpful and we cannot recommend her highly enough.

Laura and Finn

Laura McTaggart was fantastic and went above and beyond in helping me through the process of getting my home. Laura was in constant communication through calls and emails and kept me updated every step of the way. Finn Anthony who showed me the property was also really professional and let me take my time to look around and answered any questions I had. A great overall experience from start to finish.

Brilliant service

DJ Alexander provides an easier way to book and manage the viewings in one go rather than looking through other rental websites. We found our property (we had imagined) based on the same and our property manager Kieran Mooney is a star. He clarified all our queries and provided additional information related to the property which helped us to make a decision on renting it. Overall it was a nice experience from property search to lease agreement. Highly recommended.
