Gill Annand has recently given me an excellent service. Very professional, quick to respond to queries, prompt action taken with regard to vacancy and getting a new tenant and all communications have been clear and courteous.Unfortunately , this has not always been my experience in the past with other employees, but I am more than happy to recommend Gill, she is a credit to DJ Alexander and it would be great if all employees worked to her standard

TrustpilotBy far the best letting agencies I've had in 5y..
I have changed letting agency I believe 3 times over 5y. And DJ has been by far the best. Tools are in place to reach out in case of requests, issues are treated timely, and I always got a feedback.I have been particularly satisfied with Amy Vass who has helped ++ with my end of tenancy (which not an easy one...).I am actually quite sad to leave the property; both DJ services and the owner were serious in their follow up ; and the flat was stunning. Thanks for everything DJ has covered for me in the last years.
Thank you, Karima, for this excellent review. We will pass this onto Amy and the Team.

Our experience with DJ Alexander was impeccable! We're first year students and they did a fabulous job at making the process as smooth and easy as it could have been for us. I would especially like to thank Laura Mctaggart, who was simply brilliant. She's been super reliable in handling questions and doubts that we've had, whether over the phone or by email. She's also been really friendly and welcoming, which is always great when you're in the process of finding a new home. I'm very thankful to have had her handling our application :)

TrustpilotYOU ARE THE BEST
My journey with DJ Alexander started when I attended a viewing with Ryan and I found that the place was a bit small for me. Ryan promised to get me something that will suit my specifications and truly he did. RYAN, thank you for being nice, professional and amazing. He followed me up and booked another viewing for me with Kieran, who turned out to be another great and exceptional person. Kieran started the application process and YASS the application Advisor took over. Gill Robertson Cree!!!!! I’m screaming your name here. Thank you for being kind, patient, friendly and efficient. From start to finish, these three people were incredibly supportive and attentive, making the entire process seamless. Their professionalism and dedication ensured that every aspect of the letting process was handled smoothly, leaving me stress-free and confident in their expertise. I highly recommend DJ Alexander and their team to anyone seeking a hassle-free letting experience.Medinat

TrustpilotGemma-Loiuse, Kieran Porteous & Gill Robertson-Cree
We got selected for this property having met Kieran at the viewing, and it was time to go through the renting process. Here, we were lucky to have the most amazingly kind, patient and understanding Application Adviser in Gill Robertson-Cree. I cannot over-emphasize how extremely respectful and calm she was trying to help get our application over the line as we struggled with certain aspects of it. It was such a pleasure working with her.Did I say it all started with the amazing Gemma-Louise? She won't remember the role she played and that's what makes it an even more beautiful experience.Amazing humans they got there at DJ Alexander!Oluwafemi

TrustpilotZosia took us around a flat in…
Zosia took us around a flat in Marchmont, Edinburgh a few days ago. She was extremely helpful, and explained what the rental process - from application to tenancy - looks like. As new student renters, this was invaluable, and helped us get our bearings and feel confident in the process. DJ Alexander has a number of flats on offer and I've had good experiences with people I've spoken to on the team. Their online system for booking viewings does not always work but this is because viewing space for flats here run out so quickly, and that is made up for by how friendly and helpful the team is.
Thank you, Zoe, for this excellent review. We will pass this onto Zosia and the Team.
