Our property manager, Kieran Mooney was an incredible help in our process moving into our new home. Kieran, bless his heart, always went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable before sending any documents or making decisions. Our questions no matter how small, were validated every time and Kieran’s quick responses made us feel taken care of. TrustpilotDJ Alexander was consistently terrible…
DJ Alexander was consistently terrible to work with. When we moved in we were only given 45 minutes to supply guarantors because our agent was on holiday and gave us no notice. Throughout my two year tenancy DJ was unresponsive, dismissing queries and issues even when they were unresolved. A representative came in person once for an inspection, and instead of reporting issues like a leaky tap or a broken lock, told us they didnt want to report the issues cause it would "take a long time to do the paperwork." The door fell off the hinges at some point (all the furniture in my flat was borderline broken) and DJ reported it the same day as "fixed," even though the door was still broken. I had to continue reporting things as broken until DJ finally got bothered enough to send someone to fix it. Whenever I would finally manage to contact a real human being about issues, they were often robotic, curt, unsympathetic, and would randomly stop replying to emails even though I would try to be polite, optimistic, and courteous. I will never let from DJ ever again.

Kieran Was fantastic to deal with. He responds to emails promptly and was knowledgable during the tour of the property. Highly recommend DJ Alexander.I have to update and deduct a star since I was told that I could move in during a certain window and it turned out not to be the case, so I have to stay for two nights at a hotel.

I am a current DJ Alexander tenant and am leaving the property due to health issues and not any issue with flat . I have been worrying about the checkout procedure and the things that I need to sort and put in place to end the tenancy . So I called the office today to discuss the issue and was put through to Gemma in the Edinburgh office . I explained the situation as best I could and Gemma was brilliant she listened to my concerns , put my mind at ease and explained in detail what I could do to remedy the situation. I phoned close to closing time and even so there was no rush and she took the time to help me . I now feel much happier after the call and know exactly what I need to do . Gemma is truly a credit to DJ Alexander .

GoogleDJ Alexander have provided me with incorrect information on the current Scottish rent guidance which is basic information that they should know within their industry. I have also been given conflicting information. I have since been provided with much better advice from Craig Mitchell and hoping for a resolution soon.

Worked with Elaine Thompson from the Edinburgh office to rent a flat for our son. Elaine was very responsive and efficient, guiding us through the various stages of the process and liaising with the landlord as well as welcoming us to the flat once our application had been successfully processed. GoogleShocking service a can't work due to be disabled so my income ain't 36 times the rent or whatever it is a get 900 in housing costs and willing to pay the short fall 6 months in advance but still can't help discrimination comes to.mind
