Yasser, James and Abby were so supportive during the sale, especially Yasser, who I had most dealings with.During this stressful time, whenever I had a question or problem, Yasser was very quick to reply. After our last tenants moved out, it was reported that a lot of work was required to restore the flat. I had a lot of constructive guidance and help from Wojciech Szymanski in achieving everything in a short time. He has been patient,cooperative and easy to communicate with, which I appreciate very much and wish him the best.

I was looking for a flat in Edinburgh and I had a success from just a first viewing. DJ Alexander promptly scheduled a time slot for me and Ellie, property manager, showed me around and was very helpful afterwards during the submission of the application. The application and referencing process went very promptly and smoothly as well, facilitated by application advisor Gill. I am very pleased and look forward for moving in soon.

Received great service from Elaine Thompson who’s absolutely a friendly and helpful person. She did the annual inspection of the property I’m renting and everything went smoothly. Thank you! Also the boiler problem is solved today, it has been quickly replaced by the engineer who was assigned to fix. Happy with service from this agency so far:)

GoogleThey’re horrible after end of tenancy. They ask hell lot of charges for cleaning. It looks like harassment in the name of cleaning. Their cleaners quote different amount before end of tenancy but after your tenancy will end this gets inflated to exorbitant amount. Please avoid them . You’ll get email from Louis after end of tenancy and would never come back with clear communications.

Very disappointing services. I vacated the house on 6th August 2024. Till today I am chasing these guys to get my security deposit amount. Everytime they are telling that they are working with Landlord to get the details. Its really a pathetic experience. They were not ready to give the keys before making the deposit but now its been more than 3months and still chasing them to get updates. I would suggest dont go the houses letted by this agency.

TrustpilotDisappointing maintenance response to issues
The maintenance team consistently downplays reported issues, often advising us to "adjust and wait," which can lead to delays of a year or more before anything is resolved, if at all. Many times, we are left to handle repairs on our own due to the lack of support. Additionally, I have concerns about whether these issues are even communicated to the landlord, and their contact information that was not provided in the rental agreement, makes it seem questionable.

We recently signed our lease to a new flat in Aberdeen and I would like to mention Gill Annand as she was a great help to us in getting a new flat after having to move with little notice from our previous flat. The process was very smooth and she was incredibly responsive to all our queries which made everything a lot less stressful. Overall, this process has been one of my most positive encounters when flat hunting and for that I’m very grateful.

Trying to find and then securing a flat is somewhat of a challenge but the team at DJ Alexander at the various stages of the process were very helpful and made the process a lot less stressful and manageable - you were able to speak and deal with actual people and not just web links and chatbots - special thanks to Emily, Chloe and Micael.
