We've had a positive experience with DJ Alexander. They fix urgent repairs, though de-prioritised repairs can take some time to get fixed. Their move-out process comes with a 3-page cleaning checklist. We duly completed everything on this list and got our full deposit back from the landlord. During our move out, they were very helpful in assisting with applications for other properties. Edit: shout out to Alison McInnes our property manager and Elizabeth Saker who was super helpful with enquiries, they are a pleasure to deal with.

Quite a smooth end to end experience with them. Rented a property in Edinburgh, and very helpful and positive attitude from conducting viewings, finalising contract, checking references to checking out. The communication was often a bit delayed and required follow up, but very satisfied other than that. Would rate as 4.5/5, and would recommend to anyone looking to rent or buy.

She was really helpful, friendly and patient with every step and helped us secure our tenancy despite our very short deadline and lots of things to get done. GoogleOne of the worst letting agency in Glasgow . They will send spams on email to attend viewing and once you give application, they will ghost you .One of the agent Yv..... its been 10 + days and i havent even got a response to my application . Went for other viewings and the proporty managers are least interested in showing you the apartment . PH... - show some respect to your customers . I beleive your job is to show the apartment and not to sit on the couch and browse socials. I am glad i found another letting agency who were commited to their work and resposive over emails .

Absolutely amazing Customer service , My husband and I have been with DJ Alexander for over 10 years letting out our property With Diane and Patrick managing it they both couldn’t be more helpful , All the teams in maintaining the property were excellent.We decided the time was right for us to sell up. We made the right decision to Have DJ Alexander as we trusted them to manage the sale for us absolutely delighted with this Service provided, As on Friday the 30th of November we completed . The process did have its ups and downs as with any home sale ,We had tears when things didn’t go as planned first time round when sale fell through at last hurdle by buyers pulling out. This is where we want to give special mention to Conor and Ruth who got turning things around and a new buyer within days , you both were totally amazing and honestly the most supportive people you could possibly have been you felt our upset which was hard for you guys . You both are a credit to DJ Alexander and we got there as you said we would so a big thank you Conor and Ruth and farewell we wish the Company all the very best for the future , Keep up the great Service Best Letting and Estate agent Company in Scotland 🏴.
