Special thanks to Jenny (I hope I got her name right), who handled a misunderstanding at the time of my move-out with great professionalism and empathy, even when I was quite emotional about the situation. Also thanks to Robbie, who promptly fixed a heating issue.
I received my full deposit back without any problems, which I really appreciate. Overall, I’m very grateful to the whole DJ Alexander team and wish the company continued success!
