GoogleBad experience do not use them the valuer Sarah is nothing but condescending on the phone enquired about a property got nothing but aggression in the phone Then comes her boss Melinda who only back her crappy attuide up absolutely appalling don not market your properties with them

GoogleAfter recently selling my flat through DJ Alexander, I can honestly say the experience exceeded all expectations. From the first conversation, the team was proactive, professional and genuinely invested in achieving the best possible outcome. Everything was organised around our schedules, making the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. Dom, the photographer, did an outstanding job, the photos were stunning and showcased my flat beautifully, helping it stand out from the start. Elliot’s excellent sales skills and experience immediately put me at ease and gave me complete confidence in his judgement. Abby was fantastic at organising appointments and keeping us fully updated, particularly around the closing date, ensuring everything ran seamlessly. Kaiya worked hard behind the scenes on the schedule and marketing to really drive interest in our flat. Their attention to detail and communication were first-class throughout. They are an absolute credit to the company, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

GoogleWe've been with DJ Alexander now for more than 10 years and we have consistently received excellent service and support for our two properties rented out in Edinburgh. One of our properties was recently advertised and rented out by DJ Alexander in less than a month and at a higher rent than paid by our previous tenants. A very smooth and well managed process from exit by our previous tenants to entry by our new tenants.

GoogleDay 30 and not returned deposit! No communication! Absolute shower My dealings with DJ Alexander from the very start were poor. My rented flat that I stayed in whilst separated from my wife was not secure or wind/water tight on move in date. All deficiencies have to be reported in an online portal. Severely lacking in any form of customer service. I would not recommend this company to any prospective landlord or tenant

GoogleRecently rented a property through this company and sadly it was a terrible experience The property was riddled with Mould and Damp, which was brought to the attention of the property manager very quickly, which was ignored for roughly 2/3 months. It was not until legal action was brought up before we actually managed to end our tenancy early and get our deposit back. There were also multiple emails sent to get this sorted which were ignored including many other problems with the flat, which was located a 5 minute walk from the office in Inverurie I do not know if this was a property manager issue or branch issue but DJ Alexander broke our tenancy agreement on multiple occasions and the repair standards 2006 (which we had to send a 4 page document to them to prove and highlight) and I absolutely wouldn't advise anyone to rent through this estate agents

Relocating to a different area and leaving my house in the hands of an agent to find a suitable tenant was daunting. The staff at the Inverurie office were professional, helpful and carried out the preparatory work needed on my house for rental quickly and efficiently. Poor standards of a company , late payments , late statements , staff don’t reply to emails or messages on your online account , hard to get hold off by phone or by email , tell you about repairs needing done to your property 2months after the tenant reported the issue .
