GoogleRecently my wife went to visit the office of sales at DJ Alexander. We did not understand that this one is not for renting but Leandra helped us with the problem we had. We are not customers for DJAlexander but we believe that our neighbour house was managed by them. It was incorrect but Leandra still helped us to understand how it works for complaining about noise problems and also fly tipping and what the legal position is. She was very kind and she even gave to us her telephone number for help with translation because we don’t feel confident in this way.

GoogleElliott Sharkey, Sara Rankin and Abby Grigg handled the sale of a flat in Edinburgh, and took just 3 months (over the Christmas/NYE as well) to achieve a sale which ran up against many unforeseen stumbling blocks but made it work in the end. Would recommend them.

GoogleWithout a doubt, the worst letting agents in the city. They would want to visit the property around 3 times a year. I had to take unpaid days off work only for them to cancel at the last minute or not turn up. So I had to flat out refuse their visits, or tell them they can come on my time on evenings and weekends. I rented 655B Great Northern Road from them. The landlord himself was reasonable during my stay at his property, but the agents were terrible. They once tried to charge me £191 just for a plumber to deal with a blocked drain which took less than 10 minutes. Bear in mind, this was done and arranged on their instruction, not mine. After I left the property after 2.5 years, they are now attempting to claim my deposit, even though I had already overpaid them out of good faith - giving them an extra 25 days worth of rent. They are probably good if you are a landlord, but if you are a tenant, I would stay away. Then their staff had the cheek to ask for a good review! You can read the reviews yourself and see how poor their services are. At the end of it all, even though the landlord was good during my stay in his place and I was accommodating to him also, he turned as soon as I'd left his place and he had no financial benefit from me. He got with the tenant to try and claim the deposit. Fortunately they failed in their attempts They will probably reply saying, we will look into any issues you have, drop us an email. No thanks.

GoogleRented my present house from J.D.Alexander most of my dealings have been with the same girl Stephanie MacMillan she carried out my first viewing,answered all my questions,informed me about local area,how everything worked in house even down to bin days, being a woman living on my own its has always been good to deal with the same person in office I only have to ask for her and she is able to reasure me and deal with repairs. 5 star treatment all the way
