GoogleA problem that should have been resolved in a short period took months due to the indifference, incompetence, and lack of coordination among the staff - if not outright bad faith. Beyond the months of anxiety and frustration caused, we were forced to pay 1.5 months' worth of unnecessary rent past the exit date. I strongly advise avoiding them or be prepared to hire a very good lawyer.

In particular their contractor had done a superb job of replacing a set of badly damaged wardrobe doors for a very good price. Communication throughout the process has been excellent from both Amy and Gerrit. Our apartment is now in good shape and has new tenants.

Do not trust them at any point and back up your claim because it’s coming

Emailed, called, nothing. Obviously assumed they went with another tennant but I truly couldn't fathom that level of unprofessionalism to not inform people they can move onto other flats.
Also the fake Google reviews are insane. just do better

GoogleIf you decide to rent from this disgrace of a letting agency, make sure you take incredibly detailed photos of everything in your flat upon moving in, especially if there are areas you needed to clean, or any visible dust. They do not perform deep cleans prior to you moving in but they WILL try to scam you out of your deposit over traces of dust despite you deep-cleaning the flat and leaving it in a far better condition than when you initially moved in!
