GoogleIt’s been a year I’ve been renting a flat from stonehouse for the least the staff has been courteous but not proactive one bit I’ve had 3 complaints since I moved in all just to improve the safety and care of the landlords property but after countless calls and emails they don’t seem to be to concerned about getting these issues sorted out in a timely manner it’s a constant run down with them it’s frustrating and I am fed up to have to call And send emails to a company that’s is supposed to be responsible for someone else’s property and the tenants concerns, considering come every month the rent is paid on time so there is no issue on my part to this day my concerns haven’t been rectified and I’m still waiting on a response ... sorry but won’t recommend using them to anyone i’m Just so truly disappointed

GoogleI rented a flat through stonehouse and it was the worst thing that ever happened to me , they are rude unprofessional and useless , whenever we ask for repairs it takes ages and when you call and dont send an email nobody repsonds and then they say they werent informed , i have to say Amanda was the worst of them all , very nasty and rude , when you leave they do their best to take all your deposit , we had to appeal through safe deposit scotland which was very fair and we got most of our deposit through them not through stonehouse , they also walk in without permission and then when you complain they apologise, !! No respect of privacy at all . Stay away from them to keep stress away. Even when we contacted them about a leakage in new years eve they doubted what we were saying and after arguing and explaining that the bed room is all wet because of the leakage they sent a plumber !! It took them ages to send someone to clean the carpet after the leakage and it had a bad smell because it was wet for 10 days , when we moved out they wanted to charge us for the paint damage that happened because of the major leak despite that we repainted all other rooms , charge ridiculous amount of money for cleaning even if you literally scrub it inch by inch , finally moved into another flat and the agency is so helpful so i really regret that we rented from stone house

GoogleI dealt with Stonehouse over the rental of a property in Aberdeen and I can't thank the team enough for the fast, efficient, friendly, helpful, understanding and professional service they provided. I've actually viewed, credit checked,, signed up and moved into the property I saw on their website in a shorter time frame than one of their competitors offered to just view a similar property. I'd be delighted to use them again and would recommend Stonehouse to anyone looking to rent or market a property.Thank you - you turned what is normally a stressful event into a pleasurable experience.

Would like to than Melinda Illes for her guidance, All the maintenance team and accounts and a special thank you to Nicholas Hammond,my"guide" "during the final inspection of tenancy. Would highly recommend D J Alexander team for letting and sales. Yasser Albassam dealt with the successful sale of my property with such attention to detail in a professional, and caring manner. GooglePeter Turner, I just wanted to drop you a wee note to thank you for everything you did to help me with my potential purchase. You were extremely professional while at the same time friendly. Nothing was too much bother for you and you were extremely patient with my undecided nature! You were available for appointmetns at short notice and always turned up on time - in fact the one time you were going to be 5 minutes late you phoned to let me know! Another thing I noticed was an email from you at some time in the wee small hours of the morning - over and above I reckon! You are a real asset to DJ Alexander.

I dealt with Yasser Albassam throughout the process, his communication and professionalism was second to none. I was regularly updated and he was proactive in the marketing of the property. GoogleI’ve been a landlord for 9 years and have avoided using agents because I thought it was a waste of money. I was proved wrong when I used DJ Alexander Let Service to find a tenant. I was very satisfied with their professionalism and their communication was excellent. I was also given advice on what to upgrade to achieve a higher rent. I dealt with Neill Bukes, Laura Mctaggart and Laura O’Donnell. The turnaround from presenting the flat to finding a tenant was 8 days. I also had the peace of mind the tenant went through a vetting process I’ll be using DJ Alexander again for my other rental properties.

GoogleI wish I could give zero to this rubbish. As soon as you pay and sign the contract they dissapear. If you have a problem or you need something to be fixed they do not do anything they just let you wait. On the phone they are RUDE RUDE RUDE (glasgow office), I can't believe that the region manager let this happen or he/she is so unskillful. I believe all the good ratings here are from them. Avoid at all costs, just AVOID.
