FacebookWe have recently bought a house through DDM. Through out the stress of conveyancing Danny has been of particular support. No matter the time of day Danny was on the other end of the phone whilst we anxiously waited for solicitor replies & worked really hard in keeping all parties communicating well. Thanks to him we will be in our dream home tomorrow with a glass of bubbly!

GoogleI've heard they use gas and care to do plumbing work, which illustrates that they don't care about their property or the people in them. Gas and care will leave you without heating, and leave leaks everywhere, so why are these people using them?

FacebookI was very impressed by DDM scunthorpe who went above and beyond with the purchase of my first property. Gabbie dealt with our sale and she was always at the end of the phone with all answers if we had any problems/questions to ask or even just to have a chat if I was unsure on the next stage. We had a bad experience with the solicitors but she was chasing them to make sure everything was getting done. I would defiantly recommend using DDM. Thank you again. ????

FacebookI have worked with DDM and there Lettings department for over 5 years now. My company does all of the maintenance works over the Grimsby and surrounding areas. We have a great working relationship and would definitely use these guys if I was in the market for a rental property. A friendly and efficient bunch of people.

FacebookJust sold my house via ddm Scunthorpe and had absolutely exceptional service. All the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful but Simon Tomlinson really went above and beyond - even calling the builders of our new house to try and negotiate on my behalf! I felt like I got really good genuine advice the whole way through the process and cannot recommend them more highly. Massive Thanks to all the team.

FacebookRented a property from these for 4 years, when we moved out we had the carpets professionally cleaned, we cleaned the property from top to bottom, and then got a phone call to say there are some pet hairs on one of the window sills....we was charged £90 for the privilege of somebody to wipe the window sill, I would never do business with this firm again, absolute joke, you live and learn I guess

Facebookmy self and my husband have just purchased a house threw DDM. Micheal was our first port of call and he has been amazing. We have had some issues along the way and Micheal has been at the end of the phone with help reassurance and advice. Would highly recommend DDM to anyone. We prodomintly dealt with Micheal but everyone in the office where always helpful and friendly and Doug showed us round the property more then once and he gave good advice nothing was too much trouble and knew what he was talking about. Once again many thanks for everything you have done for us
