Credit checks . Guarantor . Work references. Fair enough. But not given the correct details all at the same ...
Not interested in the fact that the tenant has worked 25 years and never missed a rent payment .
One bad credit strike and was refused
But took the holding deposit anyway.
Weazles. Much better estate agents out there.
You don't have to have any qualifications to be an estate agent..... which obviously shows.
