Very positive experience with DDM Brigg, Lisa was absolutely lovely and reassuring from the initial valuation which meant a lot given the circumstances behind my house sale. My experience with the Brigg office particularly Liberty and Mollie was equally as positive. Despite several setbacks and multiple chain collapses along the way they remained helpful and professional throughout, and we got there in the end! Although my experience with DDM was relatively short, it was an excellent one. In particular, Mollie was fantastic - friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the process. After deciding to sell my house, DDM had it on the market remarkably quickly and made the whole experience feel effortless. Unfortunately, I later had to withdraw the property from the market, but the team were extremely understanding and supportive when I made that decision. The service I received from start to finish was outstanding, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend DDM. Thank you to Mollie and everyone at DDM for your excellent service.

5 Stars for Courtney! We're moving into Basingstoke for the first time and Courtney has been amazing throughout the whole process. We had some issues with the broadband router being delivered to our flat before we were able to move in and the estate agents were super helpful and went round to put it in the flat for us - definitely above and beyond service! Having had our 4 bed detached on the market for over 6 months with only time wasters viewing we thought 'lets try another agent'. We talked to quite a few who trotted out the usual 'reduce the price'. People had told us not to bother with DDM but what's to lose and let's see for ourselves. Wham, Bam fab-U-lus. The MD came round, loved the house/location and 48 hours later it was sold. There was a long chain with the buyer but the DDM team were on it, chasing, pushing and keeping us posted almost on a daily basis. The sales adviser looking after us was Mollie - to say she was brilliant doesn't do her justice. Outstanding young lady. Would we recommend DDM--- Yeah, I guess so.😁😁
