Her communication was excellent, she always got back to me quickly, kept me fully informed at every stage, and made sure I knew exactly what was happening. The whole team were professional, friendly and approachable, which made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. GoogleI have now used DDM Residential for the third time in two years, and this time it was for the sale of my own property. Once again, they absolutely did not disappoint. From the very beginning, the service was professional, efficient and reassuring. Kate recommended that I use their Sale Ready process, explaining that having everything prepared upfront could help speed up the conveyancing process. I can honestly say that it did exactly what it promised. From the memorandum of sale being issued through to completion, the whole process took just six weeks, which was an excellent result. What really stood out to me, as it has with my previous experiences with DDM, was the level of communication throughout the entire process. I was kept informed at every stage, from the initial valuation and getting the property listed, through to viewing feedback, offers, negotiation and the progression of the sale. I never felt that I was left wondering what was happening or that I had to constantly chase for an update. The team were professional, approachable and proactive throughout, and their knowledge and experience made what can often be a stressful process feel much more straightforward. Having now used DDM Residential on three occasions, I feel very confident recommending them. They genuinely deliver on what they say they will, and the six-week turnaround from memorandum to completion is testament to how effective their Sale Ready process can be. I would thoroughly recommend DDM Residential to anyone looking to sell their property.

GoogleVery positive experience with DDM Brigg, Lisa was absolutely lovely and reassuring from the initial valuation which meant a lot given the circumstances behind my house sale. My experience with the Brigg office particularly Liberty and Mollie was equally as positive. Despite several setbacks and multiple chain collapses along the way they remained helpful and professional throughout, and we got there in the end! Thank you to the whole team for helping make what was a difficult process that little bit easier

GoogleThe purchase of this house was made very easy thanks to Lee and his team. They were always available to answer questions and offer help throughout the process. Lee provided excellent advice and guidance on a number of matters, including sharing his knowledge of the local area. On our second viewing we met Victoria, who was also extremely helpful and clearly very knowledgeable about the area. GoogleFrom start to finish dealing with DDM has been great, always answer the phone promptly. All the staff we have spoken to have been very helpful. Most of our dealings were with Doug Webster manager at DDM he has been exceptional at keeping us in the loop throughout the process explaining things to us and making this difficult at times process easier. GoogleCan not thank Liberty enough for everything she has done for us. From chasing solicitors, keeping me updated as soon as she hears anything, very quick replies to our messages, explaining things when we wasn’t sure etc. She has been amazing, we couldn’t of done it without her ☺️

I recently bought a block of 8 newly built flats and spoke to Kate and Lynne from DDM Lettings about using their tenant find service. They inspected the properties, helped to get them up to lettings code and found tenants in less than a month of marketing. Excellent service from a 1st class firm.

They also happened to be the existing lettings management company for the first property to complete within my portfolio. The Office managed by Kate Jeffrey and assisted by Anya Wright were extremely professional, efficient and my purchase was completed without any problems and in a very timely manner. I was continually updated with how the purchase was progressing up until completion.
