FacebookAvoid at all costs to rent from these people! I have complained numerous times regarding a property that we still rent from the company (we can't get out of our contract even though the landlord has agreed we could) we have now vacated due to being totally unsafe and too cold to live in! Due to me expecting a baby we had no choice but to find elsewhere to live. (Faulty electrics causing plug sockets to set alight and many more issues as reported to the office numerous times).... finally an engineer was arranged to visit but never turned up, when I went into the office a lady I spoke to called the engineer who admitted they didn't have time to attend but didn't call to re arrange, when calling DDM back a few days later I was then made out to be a liar being told by a very rude lady that they had attended and left a card! When handing the notice in we were told they would advertise the property as we can't end our contract until another tenant is found which we were totally fine with as we had signed the 6 month contract. They have now advertised the property wanting more rent when the property is not even safe and the problems have not been dealt with! There has been one viewing which I had to deal with and the problems were picked up immediately by the viewers! The staff at scunthorpe are rude and argumentative when u call they tell you they will call you back and never do I spend most of my time chasing them as they say they will call back and never do.Do not rent from this company. They are an absolute joke!
