FacebookHaving recently gone through the process of buying my first home, I was hugely relieved to have been appointed Kelly at the Scunthorpe branch as my point of contact. Not only was she extremely patient with some of my often very naïve questions, but she was also very prompt with her telephone and email communications in keeping me up to speed with developments. Kelly's friendly, caring and understanding nature put me at great ease over the inevitable stresses that come about from buying a first home. I would very much recommend Kelly and the team at DDM in Scunthorpe, and no doubt beyond.

FacebookThank you to Claire at DDM brigg, she is absolutely made for her job I hate selling houses but it's been so easy she knows her stuff prices right and got me a sale in .....6days! Not even on internet yet and sold. What a lady. I will never use anybody but Claire ever again. Thank you.

FacebookVery good. I had no problems at all. They where very helpful when we needed them to be. They always communicated well with us and kept us up-to-date with any information and was very reliable and quick to get stuff sorted. Would highly recommend ddm. And I would deffinatly use them in the future if needed.

FacebookWe rent out using DDM and have just sold a property too.Commutation on the sale was excellent, kept us up to speed every week with all the progress. We also used their solicitors who were very quick, efficient and reasonably priced. FacebookAs first time buyers we were completely out of our depth when it came to working with Solicitors and knowing what paperwork was needed etc. If it wasn’t for Fiona Hodgkiss at DDM always being on the other end of the phone or an email away when needed then I don’t know how we would have managed. Fiona gave me all the information and advice needed to help us understand the process. I would highly recommend Fiona to any first time buyers! Thankyou again � x

FacebookWe have used DDM Lettings to rent out our property for the past 13 years and have always found the staff very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. At our request, we are contacted promptly by the team regarding any issues raised by our tenants, to determine whether we want to use our own or DDM's tradesmen. The 6 monthly inspections tend to highlight any potential issues. On the occasions that we have used DDM's recommended tradesmen we consider them to be competitively priced & the work carried out to a good standard.The rent is paid regularly and statements posted; when there have been issues, we have found the accounts team to be helpful. We would have no hesitation in recommending DDM Lettings to manage your property as being a professional and reliable lettings agent.

FacebookI’ve been renting my house for the last 12 years with DDM’s and although not the greatest company, they have suited our needs. In July of this year the tenants left and we discovered that our house was a state!!!! The regular inspections never mentioned half the issues we picked up when we went in and we were totally disgusted with the attitude and service provided. This was made worse with us selling the house, so we weren’t looked after in the normal way you would expect if re-renting!!! The tenants disputed the mess as you would expect, but the photos and evidence in our favour was substantial, but due to DDM’s incompetence and poor management, I ended up paying out of my own pocket, while the Ex tenants laughed at us!!!!! A really poor management company with poor staff who lack the decency to keep you informed of what is going on. I would even go as far as saying that there ‘Go to companies’ in the event of an emergency are overly priced and are cowboys at best. Do not use this company.....disgraceful!!!!!!

FacebookI can not recommend the girls at ddm Barton branch enough. We have just used ddm to sell our house and they were absolutely brilliant they kept me informed with what was going on all the time. I found it all very stressful but the girls were always reassuring and calming at times I never plan on moving ever again but if I did I would always use ddm
