GoogleKatie at the Gainsborough office found a buyer within 24 hours of my rental property being vacated! Amazing service, she obviously knew what her buyer was interested in and matched my property to his needs instantly. I'm hoping it all goes through smoothly but can't fault the service so far. Thank you!

FacebookDDM helped us to purchase our first home. Monique was extremely helpful at the beginning of the process explaining things and giving updates regularly. We then had Mike take over towards the end of the process due to changes with Covid-19. He was also really helpful, he regularly kept in touch giving updates either via phone call or text. Both agents was really professional but also friendly and approachable. They was both just really helpful through the process and we cannot thank them enough for all their help!

FacebookCould not have asked for anything more from DDM! They knew we'd found our dream home to buy so came round within 24 hours to get ours on the market. We had viewings within a day and had multiple offers by the end of the first week! great communication from all of them, big thank you to Kiah, Monique and Claire for keeping me sane during sales progression! Then lockdown happened...Claire was brilliant, still kept us updated and made sure we could move, safely and keeping to the applicable rules so the chain didnt collapse. thank you all very much sending virtual chocolates flowers and prosecco!xx

FacebookFollowing the purchase of a property through DDM at the end of March I was asked to review my experience although I wasn’t certain I would as my thoughts of their service are mixed.My experience with DDM began at the first viewing where the agent was clearly disinterested and actually left the tenant to show us around the property. Nevertheless, I ended up putting an offer in on the property which was accepted. At this stage I requested that we arrange a second viewing in a couple of weeks once the searches were back, but seemed to hit a brick wall with this.Anyway, then Coronavirus came along and put us all in lockdown. I explained several times that I was not buying the house without a second viewing and despite waiting over a month and chasing on multiple occasions I still didn’t have a viewing and Seller was getting agitated at me!At this point Zoe took over, she was extremely helpful and I could not fault her service. Naturally there were some obstacles with the Virus but my Solicitors (shout out to BG) managed to negotiate in the end.This is when we found the property in an absolute state. After speaking with my Solicitor we did manage to reclaim some costs from the tenants deposit and Jo in DDM lettings was very quick to respond, explain the whole process and to negotiate a settlement in this respect.The floorplan was incorrect and not all measurements were given. As the property was let by DDM there are naturally some things you would expect such as working smoke alarms, gas safety reports and Electric Reports, none of which were provided by the seller and the electric reports were probably not carried out as the electrics in the property were dangerous. The stop tap in the kitchen leaked everywhere and destroyed the kitchen cabinets and the floor. Athough this is more the Sellers dispute with the lettings team.In these unprecedented times it is only natural that errors occur and there are new ways of working but a lot was left to be desired and I would not choose to use DDM when it comes to reselling the property in the future.

GoogleI have sold and bought twice with the DDM team in Barton and cannot fault them. Moving house is a stressful time and they take all the pressure off you and deal with everything efficiently. They are very friendly and approachable and nothing is too much trouble for them. Can’t recommend them enough

They kept us updated throughout the whole process and always informed us how the house was getting on during both the selling stage and the sold stage. We had constant updates of how the solicitor was getting on from Katie and it was just so reassuring and a really nice touch. We will definitely use you again for next time!
