TrustpilotEmily's performance
Re: EmilyYesterday was a red-letter day indeed! After two years + my house sold! I just wanted to put on record my sincere thanks with regards Emily and her considerable help given from day one.Emily played a significant role in encouraging, photocopying copies, making many phone calls, always patiently having time for me with her encouraging welcome and smile when I entered the office. Whenever I phoned the office invariably it was Emily who answered always keen to help, keen to make arrangements, always willing to patiently help if she could or pass my message on to whoever I needed to talk with. Emily is excellent at her job, a real asset to the firm of D.B. Roberts. We were very happy with the high quality service we were given over thirty years ago from this firm when we came to Shrewsbury and bought our first house and this high standard has been experienced again from the current staff which of course includes Emily. Well done Emily and thank you.Yours sincerely,Jan

My experience with Jo Briggs (Valuation Manager) and Sue Hardeman (Assistant Branch Manager) at DB Robert’s was second to none. Friendly, professional and very thorough, they both went the extra mile with their service and support during my house sale. Emily helped us make a very important decision whilst viewing a property during relocating our family. We were unsure of the area we had seen a house we loved, due to not knowing it, and Emily reassured us and ultimately made our decision easier.
