I had a very positive experience with DB Roberts, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property. From the very beginning, the team has been professional, approachable and honest. Communication has always been clear and direct, and I have always felt that they genuinely cared about achieving the best possible outcome and making the whole process as quick and smooth as possible. A special mention to Emily, who has been absolutely fantastic throughout the process. She has been professional, responsive, supportive and always kept me informed. I really appreciated her honest advice and the fact that she was proactive in doing everything possible to move the sale forward. We believed our purchase was going ahead smoothly, but at the two week point found out that our solicitors hadnt been able to progress with any searches, as the memorandum of sale had still not been provided by DB Roberts, this was only forthcoming after chasing DB Roberts by both the solicitors and ourselves. Sadly this delay has potentially put an additional two weeks onto the purchase timeline. During the two weeks we had not been kept informed as to why this two week delay had happened. Hopefully this purchase will now gather momentum, and catch up this loss of time, hopefully incurring no additional costs. Telephone communications with Emily was good, and Tom was willing to chase our query regarding the delay.

We put our house up for sale with DB Roberts and out from the start, we had a lovely experience Initial evaluation was quick and easy. Photographs came very quickly and it was put on the market there in a few days. We dealt with Emily as our contact who is attentive he informed of everything, We have feedback for the reviewing. And Emily kept us up-to-date on everything that Was happening. Due to health issues, we have taken the house of the Market but hopefully will be back with DB Roberts early in the New Year thank you again Emily for all your help.

I have previously bought and sold through DB Roberts and had a very positive experience. I have recently become the landlord of a property and approached the lettings department to assist me with the management of my property. I was really pleased with the service I have received from them in particular Lisa and Megan who I have been dealing with.
