Still no reply to what happened to the flat we won @ auction.. have noticed now that is re advertised by d Robertsand I am sold..at a guide price 12k cheaper than what we won it for.. after seeing your reply yesterday.. I have to say that you have not made contact with us about the situation this is not true..some honesty would be nice from d b Robert's about this matter

I have two properties which I let. Both have had a change of tenant recently and the team at Oakengates branch have done a great job of finding good tenants, keeping me informed of proceedings and making sure my properties are well looked after.
