The team at Brook Taylor were amazing throughout the whole process; always on hand for support when needed during a very stressful time. However, a BIG shout out to Angel who truly lived up to her name! Suzanna and Tom were extremely helpful with renting out our property and finding one to rent for us. Always available to chat and advise. The support felt all the way through. Once moved in into our new rental place, Kate took over as a property manager, and she's been amazing. Any maintenance or issue was dealt very quickly and in a very professional, caring way. I like the fact that if you are unhappy about something, they listen to you and really do all they can to rectify and satisfy.

Joanne who came to value my house was superb, reassuringly professional and easy to talk to. Good communication also with the Telford office, they kept me informed re viewings and offers in a timely, friendly and efficient way. However so far no help has been forthcoming from DB Roberts with finding my ideal new house -I described what I am looking for and they promised to send me details. Other smaller local agents have been more proactive in this regard.

I have previously bought and sold through DB Roberts and had a very positive experience. I have recently become the landlord of a property and approached the lettings department to assist me with the management of my property. I was really pleased with the service I have received from them in particular Lisa and Megan who I have been dealing with. If I could score zero I would. This company is absolutely shambles. We put our house up for sale with the Telford branch, didn’t hear a thing from anyone for the first 3 weeks of it being on the market, we had to call them. The marketing was non existent, just put on Rightmove, communication was non existent unless we contacted them. Viewings were extremely low due to no marketing being completed.
