We recently purchased our new home which was sold with DBRoberts. Our buying process took longer than we expected, and we had communications with the sales progression team, unfortunately a member of staff left this team halfway through our purchase and this was not communicated to us appropriately, and we were left wondering why our emails were not responded to and why she was no longer answering our phone calls. However, as soon as Sue took over we cannot fault the service and communication received. Sue was so response, always available via phone or responding to emails, she chased solicitors and went above and beyond for us, we are grateful Sue was able to push the progression of the purchase forwards, and are happy to finally be in our new home after a long uncertain journey.

Kirsty Padda from the Property Management team provided exceptional support in arranging the replacement of a faulty washing machine. She coordinated with the tenant to understand the issue, sought my approval to appoint an engineer, and subsequently managed the logistics for the delivery of a new appliance when the existing one was deemed beyond economical repair. Lisa, Bethany, Tia, Nicole and (more recently) Donna have always been polite and pleasant in their work, in my experience. they work hard to provide an efficient service. Bethany, for example, has been very quick in conveying a recent landlord's certificate to me, and Donna has similarly been quick to convey an inspection report. Lisa and Nicole have done well to navigate a particularly difficult situation last year, whilst Tia has been prompt in finding replacement tenants as required.

Tia is a great estate agent. The whole process was very smooth and quick, applied for a house Friday, seen on Saturday, approved on Monday after months of search. Positive, energetic, professional person, provided all requested information very quick and guided us through the process. I had some issues with the referencing part with a couple of mistakes. Nicole was fantastic! She helped and replied to any issues and raised requests to get the issues sorted. Nicole is an asset to the company and went above and beyond to help me without complaint. I don't know how I would of completed the referencing without her help and input.

This estate agent is very well known not only for being local but the high quality levels of customer service from the start of contacting them and all the way though it is at Top level. I have contacted these people to sell my Late parents home of which are handling it with professional service and support though out, I myself are looking for a place to rent & I've seen a very good priced place which I viewed on Monday 17th March and straight away contacted the company to start proceedings.
