Lottie and the other fella at Stafford, who's name I forgot (sorry) were excellent when I asked them to price my house. Unfortunately for me, I chose to go with someone else based purelyon location. They continued to monitor my sales progress with the odd call and advise what I should do next. There was nothing in it for them.Based on that my partner went with another DB Roberts office to sell hers in another area. They too was also excellent and sold her property within a day as promised. I then referred my brother to Lottie and would highly recommend anybody to use DB Roberts to sell their house.They're brilliant!

Having DB Roberts and the team property manage my property is full piece of mind. Living so far out of where the property is located, ensures that my tenants needs are constantly met, in good time and with expert support And; that I am fully compliant as a Landlord, which isn't always easy to understand. The DB Roberts Property Management team take care of absolutely 'everything' and they're always a pleasure to speak with. Would highly recommend using their services, their expertise, which all backs up their fantastic reputation.

Emily was really attentive booking in viewings and asking all the right questions to avoid wasting time. Emily was in touch most days as she knew I was keen to get my property sold quickly and she really helped to move things along for me. My property was sold STC within a month with her help 😊

Emily Little was always friendly during interactions. I fed back that second viewings would benefit from additional time allocated to allow for measurements and a more in-depth look of the property, which she took on board and offered to arrange another extended viewing. She was compassionate when I shared how I found price negotiations on properties stressful and did not push me into making an offer until I was ready to do so. When I asked for additional information on the loft space on a property I viewed, photos were taken and sent to me promptly. Overall, I would recommend Emily as an estate agent.

Surprisingly, they remembered me from all those years ago, which I thought was a really nice, personal touch. I found Katie Dennant to be incredibly professional and knowledgeable, and in addition to this, she squeezed us into her super busy diary last minute to suit us.Another special mention and our personal thanks to Katie, who was the only agent, out of four other competitors, to pick up on a particular stipulation associated with our house, which meant we could not put our property on the market this year. Katie’s awareness and scrutiny surrounding this particular stipulation avoided multiple parties wasting time and funds. We were really most grateful for this. While we cannot put our house onto the market this year, we shall certainly be back in touch with her when we are in a position to do. Big thanks to Katie!
