GoogleI love if here the neighbours are nice and friendly when I’ve got problems with the property yourselves are quite good at reacting to the queries that I have and getting them fixed and the house inspector Alison is a lovely woman nice and friendly and makes you feel that ease when she’s inspecting the house

GoogleWe hadn’t originally planned on moving just yet, as we were intending to start looking in the new year. However, when a property came up that was absolutely perfect and everything we had been looking for, we decided to take the plunge! Alex has been fantastic throughout the entire process, keeping us informed every step of the way and always being on hand to offer guidance, support and reassurance. His communication has been excellent, making what could have been a stressful experience feel so much easier. We’re incredibly grateful for all his help and would highly recommend him!

GoogleIt was very easy to make contact with the staff during every step of the way. Nicole , who helped me within telford, was incredible throughout the whole process. That poor woman got about 10 different calls from me in one day because technology just didn’t want to go our way so BIG thank you for helping and being patient😂 I appreciate it all. GoogleIt was a bit of a struggle to pinpoint the exact location of the property which took several of minutes away, but even so we were still introduced and shown how the property is like, So on my overall feedback the team who helped by staying on call to guide the location of the house and the agent were exception, I think her name was Nichole, she was very great in her service, And the agent at the property, so to me it was very great 👍
