GoogleStaff at Wolverhampton branch were very professional, supportive and helpful. Special thanks to Sam and Josh who did the block viewings. The property was sold very quickly and we are now in the final stages of the sale.

GoogleThe office staff were helpful, courteous and accommodating to our requests. Having several viewings for properties with Sam, he was very professional and informative. His knowledge was very useful and he answered our queries comprehensibly. A good experience!

GoogleFrom the start of my selling process with DB Roberts my contact has been Alex Spittle he has been in touch constantly and kept me informed and updated through the process and I thank him very much. I would recommend DB Roberts to anyone considering selling or buying a property.

GoogleSuch a positive experience with DB Roberts, especially as a first time buyer. They were really helpful, informative and transparent. Even when I had issues with the solicitors, they supported me. Though I was mostly helped by Sam and Jay, everyone is really friendly and works hard to ensure that the customer is satisfied.

TrustpilotThis company is an absolute joke
This company is an absolute joke, as they are commissioned based they only have their own interests at heart and are not interested in helping secure a property I was trying to purchase,I had a purchase with them agreed and the house taken off the market,Only to find out they still allowed others to view the proper And make offers to the vendor and sell the property fromUnderneath me, causing me to lose time and the property and money after instructing solicitors and paying a mortgage broker to get me the best deal,My advice to anyone reading this, is DO NOT buy with this company and avoid at all costs, they definitely can’t not be trusted and will screw you over to make a few more pennies for their own pocket.

GoogleDB Roberts were very helpful, it took a while but our house is now sold, waiting for the legal process to go through with the conveyancing team. Fingers crossed, our new start is soon

GoogleDon't use these guys. One of our viewers called and asked if they had any properties in Wellington with a budget of x amount and our house wasn't even recommended. It wasn't until the client asked for a certain area to be closer to a family member was it recommended. To top it off, they rarely reply to emails or calls. One person even replied to an email with a sarcastic comment about my mom in the email - and accidently copied her in. LOL how unprofessional is that!! Once you get the right person on the phone they claim they are quick to fight your corner but then soon disappear again. Do NOT go with any surveyancing company or lawyers they recommend either. Absolute shambles.

Hello Elle, we are sorry to see these comments. We will investigate further tomorrow morning and come back to you with a full response. Unfortunately, we cannot identify which property it is you are selling from the name appearing on Google, if you could private message us on here or email marketing@dbroberts.co.uk with your address that would be very helpful. Let us know if there is a best time to call you. Best wishes, DB Roberts.

GoogleMy son recently brought his first home through DB Roberts. As it was a new experience for him he needed support and guidance throughout the process. His contact in Stafford was Emma Redley who was amazing. It was a very stressful time for him and she remained patient, professional and kept him updated .......thank you so much Emma :)
