GoogleWe had an excellent experience with Dacres - Skipton and can highly recommend them. From the valuation with Mark to completion the whole team were excellent but in particular Adele and Emma provided a very responsive and informative service. They worked well with our buyers and both solicitors to ensure the sale progressed smoothly. It was a long chain and they were well informed and really helped moved the sale along. I also bought my next property with them and again received excellent service. In particular the service provided was very personalised and the wider team were also well informed and helpful about my sale.

After looking at many houses with yourselves, you were insanely patient, listened to my wants, provided suggestions and as a result found me the dream property to suit my every need. Not only did they find me the property, but sold my old one too, making the process insanely easy and smooth. When everyone told me it could take weeks or months to sell, they found a buyer in a matter of days!! The support, guidance and reassurance they provided to me throughout the way, despite probably annoying them at times, made this possible, always with a smile! If you’re buying or selling a house in the Knaresborough and surrounding areas, you’d honestly have to be crazy not to use them!! Highly recommend, and a huge thank you again!!

They have been responsive whenever I have contacted them for information, have always updated me along the way and we genuinely felt like they were delighted and celebrating with us on exchange and completion dates! I would highly recommend them as a stand out Estate Agent. My sense is, having dealt with other Estate Agents in relation to the purchase of our onward property, that you get what you pay for! Again, Dacres have been great.

GoogleWe had a brilliant experience selling our house with Dacres. They were incredibly responsive, helpful and their photos were excellent quality. We previously had our house on the market with another company who were terrible. Our house sold very quickly with them which was great. Amie was fantastic to deal with and I have recommended her to everyone I know thinking of selling their house.
