Coulters estate agents in Edinburgh and North Berwick

Coulters have been absolutely great throughout the whole process of selling my dad's property in North Berwick. Peter and Jennifer are obviously experienced and brought that wisdom to support us. They were always responsive by phone and email, were friendly and kind - and guided us through the whole process such that we felt reassured and in very good hands the entire time. All the viewings were taken care of (I don't live in North Berwick) which was also a huge relief. I am very glad that we chose them and have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Peter and Jennifer in particular and Coulters in general.

We have recently used Coulters to sell our property in Dunbar. I can't thank and promote Jennifer enough. Her communication and guidance has been second to none and made what is a stressful process so much more manageable. Always there on the end of the phone and very quick to answer any questions we had. If we ever have to sell again Jennifer will be our first call.

As a first-time buyer who had just moved to the UK, I was nervous about navigating the property purchase process. Coulters were exceptional in making everything understandable and manageable. They answered every question quickly, provided clear explanations, and kept me informed throughout. The whole transaction went smoothly, and I felt supported every step of the way. I would happily use Coulters again and recommend them to anyone in a similar situation.

I took some time to decide on an estate agent to sell my property. I was immediately impressed by Nicki at Coulter's at our first meeting. However, as it was the first agent I had spoken to, I shopped around and researched other agents. I ended up where I started and chose Coulters. My decision was based on the fact that their costs were comparatively reasonable and their attitude and communication seemed good. I also appreciated the prime position of their office, the presentation of their website and signage and their extended opening hours. The fact that they are in the ESPC was also important to me. I have to say that I was impressed by the service throughout the process. I opted to use their solicitors, so everything was joined up. Everyone I dealt with was polite, informed and communicated very well. At each stage I knew who was working on my sale and how to contact them. I'll not name everyone here, but they were all very easy to deal with, very helpful. Messages were passed on between colleagues as they needed to be. I was happy with the sale price achieved. I would not hesitate to use Coulters again.

I had an excellent experience with Coulters Property during our recent house purchase. Rachel Stewart that handled the transaction was highly professional, efficient, and proactive throughout the entire process. Thanks to her expertise and clear communication, everything moved along and without unnecessary delays. What stood out most was her ability to handle the transaction within a very short timeframe while still ensuring every detail was properly managed. I’m grateful for her role in helping to a secure the property at a very good price. Her guidance and attention to detail clearly made a difference. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and effective service, particularly if timing and value are important.

Selling a buy-to-let. Coulters Property made this process very easy, mainly, I just let them get on with it, which is why you pay professionals and when I have little involvement in transactions it makes it good value for money. No hesitation in recommending.

We had an exceptional experience selling our flat with Rosie. Putting a property on the market in the middle of December wasn’t the most conventional timing, but Rosie gave us complete confidence from the outset with her knowledge, reassurance, and clear strategy. Thanks to her expertise and proactive approach, we had fantastic interest and sold our flat on Christmas Eve! Rosie was an absolute pleasure to work with and couldn’t recommend her and Coulters more!
