GoogleAll of our dealings with Coulters, from the initial valuation, to estate agency, then to legal process for moving has been faultless, cannot recommend highly enough.

GoogleCoulters have been excellent from start to finish in helping us sell a property in Haddington. Hannah met us to discuss our requirements and gave good advice on how to market the house for sale, and then Christine Reid managed the sale process for us. Christine was fantastic - she gave us weekly updates on viewings, levels of interest and who might make an offer etc and was always prompt and helpful when we had any questions to ask. We were very satisfied with the level of service throughout the process, including their online tools for managing the viewings, and we would highly recommend Coulters North Berwick office for Estate Agency work.
Hi Chris, thank you for your detailed review. We are pleased Hannah and Christine were able to guide you through the process and keep you well informed at every stage. We will pass your kind words on to them both. Thank you for recommending the North Berwick office and we wish you all the best going forwards.

GoogleI had a very positive experience with Coulters property. I dealt with Zoe, Jennifer, Rachel and Caitlin across their estate agency and their law departments. It is quicker and easier to combine the two and Coulters offer this service. I didn’t chase them or have to spend lots of time on admin, they did it all and communicated well. Their quality of work and client relationships are impressive and I would sell/buy via them again in the future.

GoogleWe had an excellent experience with Coulters handling the sale of our flat in Edinburgh. From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, responsive and a pleasure to work with. As we were based overseas throughout the sale, we particularly appreciated how accommodating and proactive they were. They coordinated everything smoothly, kept us well informed at every stage, and made what could have been a stressful process remarkably straightforward. A special thank you to Francesca Hill for her excellent advice on preparing and marketing the property, and to Carmella Gamboa for managing the legal process so efficiently and keeping everything on track through to completion. We always felt that our interests were well looked after. Communication was prompt, clear and friendly, and the entire transaction was handled with professionalism and care. We would highly recommend Coulters to anyone buying or selling property in Edinburgh.

GoogleAn excellent experience using Coulters as my solicitors for my first property purchase. Ms Houliston, in particular, has handled the rather overextended back-and-forth with the sellers with grace and ultimately towards my advantage; Ms Gamboa made sure I understood the risks and conditions and worked with me towards mitigating them; and Mr Tuohy has proven to tackle urgent tasks with the urgency they require and thus provided meaningful progress and invaluable peace of mind. Of importance as well, the fixed rate I was quoted at the start was fully honoured at completion.
Thank you for such a detailed review and for choosing Coulters for your first purchase. We're glad that Caitlin, Carmella and Aidan were able to support you through the negotiations and keep things moving at each stage. Please do not hesitate to get in touch if we can be of any future assistance.

GoogleWe came in contact with Coulters through our builders for the purchase of our first property, and we are grateful for all their support throughout the process. Our case was a little more complicated than usual and took longer than expected, but the team was extremely patient, supportive, and guided us through every step of the legal process. They were constantly working in the background and always kept us informed, which made the entire experience much less stressful for us. Special thanks to Louise Campbell and Sinead McLoughlin for helping us through an important milestone!

GoogleCoulters were fantastic throughout the whole process of selling my flat in Edinburgh - Francesca and Rosie especially and then on the legal side - Alastair, and then Callum (who took over for the last part) - were all efficient, calm, really professional - and kept me sane in what was a tricky chain process. They were always unflappable and pragmatic - thank you so much.
