GoogleHighly Capable and Friendly Service
Having transferred two properties from an underperforming 'big name' letting agency I have been consistently impressed by the helpfulness, diligence and effectiveness of Coulter's staff. I would strongly recommend to other landlords.

Google'A year after purchasing a flat from a client of Coulters I'm reminded how bad they were. The agent told us the property had designated parking spot , when it turned out it had a communal parking area. And on purchasing the property we removed one of the "for sale" signs which conveniently was hiding a broken window mechanism, taped up with packing tape. The person viewing the flat on behalf of Coulter's client didn't seem to have a clue. There's a lot of reasonable estate agents, these are not one of them.

GoogleOne star is being generous. Without a doubt the worst estate agents I have ever dealt with. Do not rent from Coulters. From March until August we had water leaking into our flat. Despite reporting the problem immediately, Coulters took no action to resolve the issue. This resulted in mould and fungi growing all over the walls of the bedroom, which also resulted in a horrible smell throughout the entire flat. They repeatedly ignored our emails and calls, to the point where we had to take a few hours off work to go into the office to speak with the manager directly. Despite our continuous complaints and threats of legal action they continued to do nothing to resolve the problem. We continuously asked for a discount in rent to reflect the fact that we could only use one bedroom, despite paying for a two bedroom flat. They eventually gave in and gave us a discount for one month, although we had been unable to use the mouldy bedroom for over 5 months. To summarise, the customer service of Coulters was absolutely shocking. They did not stick to the tenancy agreement and ignored our emails and calls, but at the same time were happy to take our money. I will never have any interaction with Coulters again and would advise people to avoid them.

GoogleWe engaged Coulters property for the sale of two properties and purchase of another in October 2016. The personal attention of Mark and his team made the whole experience effortless and gave us the confidence that everything was in capable hands throughout. This was evident in that both properties were at offer accepted in less than 2 weeks from initial live date achieveing over 10% above home report value. The purchase involved some out of the oridinary details but we were given excellent guidance and advice from Louise in their legal team.
Although the financial aspects were excellent, what set Coulters apart was the customer service provided by all involved. I plan not to move for some time although when that occasion arises in the future, Coulters will be my one and only call. Many thanks to Mark and the rest of your team.

GoogleSo I'm using this as a final attempt for someone at Coulters to call us back. We're moving out of our property tomorrow and despite several emails and phone calls no one has been in touch with us about moving out. THe office is now closed until the 5th of January by which time we will be living in London. As they have shut up shop im hoping someone is savvy enough to check their online presence during this time and call us back.
