GoogleHaving used the services of Ross MacKay before on the purchases of several properties I have always found his attitude to be very professional and his property knowledge to be extremely helpful. He has always been very friendly when I deal with him. In addition with the purchase of Croftinloan Farm Pitlochry I would like to make a special mention to Louise Williams - who went above and beyond the call to help secure a sale. She helped from every aspect of the sale from financial aspects (beyond valuable advice), helping with expert building/ roofing surveyors, all the way to the way through to the midfield of the legalites of access roads and land boundaries. Having never bought a property outside of Edinburgh City centre I was, at best, ill prepared to buy in Pitlocry. Without the absolute professionalism and extremely hard work of Louise I doubt the sale would have actually gone through.She was incredibly patient and always extremely friendly when dealing with me both in person and on the phone. We had some delays to our move due to circumstances beyond our (and Coulters) control, but they were really responsive with keeping us up to date and providing advice when needed, both from the estate agency and legal team. Jackie, Tom and the team have been very professional and helpful throughout the whole process and have offered advice not only on the sale but on other related matters such as surveyors, tradesmen and house clearances.
