Superb, joined up service from all the team at Coulters Edinburgh. You’re given named contacts at every stage and everyone on my team was friendly, professional and took ownership for making things happen. Great online portal too allowing you to track progress. Special shout out to Francesca, Lucy and Jackie for all their support. I’ve sold 5 properties in the past 15 years using different agents each time and I’d definitely return to Coulters next time. They’ve set a high benchmark for other agents to aspire to.

First class service from the whole team. Really helpful and such high quality of photos, marketing etc. the system is flawless with us being well looked after throughout. Would highly recommend Coulters for buying and selling. Zoe was really great at keeping us calm and providing excellent advice. The availability of the team to help was outstanding. I used Coulters to sell my one bedroom apartment in Dean Village. The level of service received from start to finish was nothing less than exceptional - in particular from the Sales Manager Jackie Lyell who worked so hard to achieve an offer way beyond my expectations. We’ve had a really great experience so far selling through Coulters. Sean was fantastic figuring out the best way to go to market, Lucy was great getting everything lined up, the only minor criticism would be the handover from the presales to marketing team could have been more informed from a client point of view, but overall was fine. The sales team took all the pressure off by scheduling the viewings and were fantastic and offered amazing availability for buyers to get in touch. It felt like Coulters tailored their approach to who we were and what we wanted to achieve from the process. Huge thanks to Jenny on the sales front, a warm, kind and reassuring presence who adapted the approach to our sale and didn’t make us feel forced in any way. The Coulters software side of things was great to use and their marketing contractors were really easy to have around. A remarkably straightforward experience from something we expected to be very stressful. We look forward to dealing with Elaine to conclude the sale and secure an onward purchase.

I found the service excellent in every way. Quick to respond, clear and straightforward, pleasant and very supportive. I felt I was in safe hands. The following is in no way a complaint, just the only aspect that I struggled with a bit. Because of Corvid, I was unable to meet and talk with my Solicitor face to face: in hindsight I would have benefited from being able to talk through the legal process of buying and selling a house at the start. Being uninformed about Scottish law ( or any law, for that matter), I was surprised by certain aspects that occurred that I was not aware of. (Eg. Finding that if the buyer of my house could not get hold of his payment on a certain agreed date, then I would be in breach of contract!)PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

I engaged Coulters for a simultaneous property sale and purchase at the start of 2021 (just as the country was going into a new national COVID lockdown).
