GoogleDespite my flat taking longer than normal to sell due to the pandemic and thus less interest in one bedroomed flats, I was impressed by the professional and engaging manner in which Coulters dealt with the sale. A problem half way through the transaction was dealt with efficiently and calmly by Jenny Carswell which provided reassurance to me at a stressful time.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleSOUND ADVICE, Anyone looking to sell there house on the open market should look no further then Coulters (100%),. Before i sold my my house i had 7 estate agents in my house to see what they could offer and do me, i wasn't looking for a quick sale = quick buck for estate agents,.. I was looking for someone who would put on a pair of boxing gloves and get the best price for my house 'end of', And Coulters were the only estate agents i got this vibe from so i made my choice and went with coulters,.. Wow, Happy days, they smashed it for me, they absolutely did it 'and some',. they worked there socks off for me,. they keep me well posted on everything going on, and pushed the buyers hard to get there max for my house, Ive got to say JENNY CARSWELL was in another lane, 'Shes The Man', 100%, very very reassuring with go hard or go home ability, 'When selling your house just like me You want the top price and rightly so, in my search for the right estate agents i found that some estate agents like to go to bed early and some like to worked while others slept, Thank you Coulters, Dermot and Rosemary Maughan Property Sold, 78 Redcroft Road, Shawfair, Danderhall, Dalkeith EH221FQPositiveProfessionalism

GoogleJenny (and the whole team) at Coulters provided the highest quality of service. She totally understood how nerve-wracking a time it is to sell a property and was continuously supportive, helpful and very responsive when it came to communication. We will absolutely be passing on her details to friends in the future. Thanks Jenny!

GoogleI chose Coulters to market my daughter's flat in Newington mainly because i was impressed with my initial contact Franscesca Hill, who undertook the valuation and pre-marketing work. She then handed over to Jenny Carswell who did an excellent job handling the marketing of the property and kept me informed the whole way through. I cannot praise jenny and her team highly enough as the whole process went extremely smoothly and we were able to obtain a very good price. Jenny then handed over to Jean McAlpine's legal team who had a difficult job of getting trustee approval for the sale to proceed. Once this was obtained the closing of the missives went very smoothly. In summary, the whole Coulters team did an outstanding job in the marketing and sale of the property and i will certainly recommend them to any prospective seller/buyer. Best regards, Steve Laux

GoogleI highly recommend Coulters for buying/selling in Edinburgh. The initial consultation and pre-marketing work from Francesca Hill convinced us we were in safe hands. Marketing from Jenny Carswell and team was excellent - proactive and responsive. And finally Elaine Anderson gave us great guidance in completing our sale and purchase. We were working to a tight schedule, but felt looked after, listened to, and well advised throughout the process.

GoogleI have sold a number of properties over the years and my latest sale has by far been the quickest and easiest thanks to Coulters. From the get go the service was excellent, the advice spot on and the co-ordination between the estate agency and legal functions (I used both for ease) was superb. They were always one step ahead of me, always at the end of the phone and every contact was knowledgeable, professional and lovely to deal with. I can't recommend them highly enough. I just wish I'd found them years ago.

GoogleThe sale of our property was handled in the most professional, helpful and personable way possible by Nicola and her team. A heartfelt thank you to Nicola for taking us through the process with the added difficulty of us being overseas. Nothing was ever an issue and the outcome Nicola achieved on our behalf was more than we could have hoped. We would highly recommend and will be using Coulters in the future.

GoogleVery happy with Coulters’ handling of the sale of my late mother’s first floor flat. Zoe was reactive to all developments and made the experience a smooth process from beginning to end. We were very grateful for her advice and explanations along the way. Also worth a mention was Sean’s very helpful input at the start in setting up the marketing process and the Coulters web portal was easy to navigate and handy for checking the progress of viewings.
