GoogleWe were delighted with the service from Coulters. From the very outset it was an excellent experience with easy access to developments during the marketing process via the online portal. The quality of the photography and video needs a special mention.

All the staff I have been in contact with have been equally lovely. They have definitely taken the stress out of selling a property and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

GoogleWe listed our home in Morningside with Coulters. Every detail from the photos, to the viewing schedule, to the handling of the closing date was done professionally, but with a personal, friendly touch. Our agent, Philip Cannon, was always available to us when we had questions, gave us sound advice, and helped us obtain an excellent, fair price. The administrative staff at the office were also helpful, professional, and efficient throughout the entire process. We would highly recommend Coulters (and especially Philip) to anyone looking to sell their home.

GoogleCoulters were outstanding in helping us through the sale of our home through a really tricky market. Nicky Douglas in particular was phenomenal - I credit Nicky for getting us on the market, to closing, and sold in two weeks despite many challenges. She was meticulous, dedicated, and as much as counsellor as a marketeer. Struan Douglas, Phil Cannon and the rest of the team were all amazing too. We cannot recommend them enough.

GoogleWe recently used Coulters to sell our flat in Edinburgh. We were very pleasantly surprised by the process and the high quality of the service we got. But the biggest thanks and shout out go to the people - what a great team. Buying or selling a property is renowned as one of the most stressful thing and they made the whole experience a pleasure - recommended 5*!!

Francesca, Jenny and the rest of the team were great, communicated well, provided information at every stage of the sale process, were always there to answer questions and give advice. I have worked with a few different agents in Edinburgh and this has by far been the best experience I have had.

GoogleArrived a few minutes late for a viewing due to an unexpected traffic diversion. The agent refused me entry as another viewer was now looking around. I pointed out that I was still within my 15 minute time frame and that the other person could wait five minutes. This was a solution an agent with good customer skills would have suggested. Fortunately the other viewer agreed to wait so I could view the flat. The agent continued to lecture me on being late instead of being pleased that a solution was found. I have had another recent experience with Coulters where an agent didn't get back to me in reasonable time when I was making an offer on a property! I requested that the head of sales call me back and he never did. Most arrogant agents in Edinburgh. And that's saying something!NegativeProfessionalism
