I took some time to decide on an estate agent to sell my property. I was immediately impressed by Nicki at Coulter's at our first meeting. However, as it was the first agent I had spoken to, I shopped around and researched other agents. I ended up where I started and chose Coulters. My decision was based on the fact that their costs were comparatively reasonable and their attitude and communication seemed good. I also appreciated the prime position of their office, the presentation of their website and signage and their extended opening hours. The fact that they are in the ESPC was also important to me. I have to say that I was impressed by the service throughout the process. I opted to use their solicitors, so everything was joined up. Everyone I dealt with was polite, informed and communicated very well. At each stage I knew who was working on my sale and how to contact them. I'll not name everyone here, but they were all very easy to deal with, very helpful. Messages were passed on between colleagues as they needed to be. I was happy with the sale price achieved. I would not hesitate to use Coulters again.

We had an exceptional experience selling our house with Coulters. We dealt with Jennifer and Zoe who were both exceptional in what they do! Both girls are very experienced and knowledgable, Nothing is ever too much hassle and they always call you back promptly. Our house sold in three weeks and Jennifer kept us right every step of the way. 5 star service would definitely recommend and use again in the future if we ever needed to. If you’re looking for a hassle free experience, Coulters is the place to go! Thanks again Jennifer and Zoe.

We had an exceptional experience selling our flat with Rosie. Putting a property on the market in the middle of December wasn’t the most conventional timing, but Rosie gave us complete confidence from the outset with her knowledge, reassurance, and clear strategy. Thanks to her expertise and proactive approach, we had fantastic interest and sold our flat on Christmas Eve! Rosie was an absolute pleasure to work with and couldn’t recommend her and Coulters more!

Selling a buy-to-let. Coulters Property made this process very easy, mainly, I just let them get on with it, which is why you pay professionals and when I have little involvement in transactions it makes it good value for money. No hesitation in recommending.

She handled both our sale and purchase with absolute professionalism, keeping everything meticulously organised and on schedule despite a very challenging solicitor on the purchase side. Her communication was clear, reassuring, and always honest, which gave us complete confidence throughout the process. She consistently went above and beyond to ensure everything progressed smoothly and guided us superbly through what can be a stressful time, making it feel completely manageable. I've recently used Coulters for both conveyancing and estate agent work in order to sell a property and purchase a new home. I've found them to be excellent. From the first meeting they've guided us through the process, given us realistic and profitable advice regarding sale of our existing home, marketed and arranged its sale for well over the asking price, and subsequently conducted conveyancing that has enabled us to buy a wonderful new family home. Property buying can be fraught with uncertainty but it fell like Coulters were robustly representing us at all times and most importantly I was always able to fully trust the advice they provided. Their local knowledge of the Edinburgh property market is extensive and nuanced. I'd wholeheartedly recommend them and indeed have done so to friends and colleagues contemplating moving home. Special thanks to Francesca Hill from the estate agent side, as well as Aidan Tuohy and Sinead Duffy from the legal side for a job well done and very satisfied clients. I hope we never have to move home again, but if we do, we'll definitely to back to Coulters.

When we commenced our search for a flat in Edinburgh, Coulters was recommended to us to assist in the process. Peter Strang Steel was able to research properties and present us with viewing options, that suited our search criteria. He listened to what we were looking for and was able to add his opinion without undermining our ideas. Peter was very professional and knowledgable about the property market which allowed us to feel informed about the value of our offer. He liaised with agents and was very happy to liaise with our solicitor through the process. Since our purchase, he was very helpful with the ‘aftercare’ and has been able to provide us with contacts that we have requested, from his extensive network. We enjoyed the process and are very happy with our purchase. We would recommend Coulters to help with the search, if you are thinking of purchasing a property. They made it a very exciting and stress-free process for us. Thank you.
