We couldn’t recommend Coulters highly enough. They were excellent with both the purchase of our new home and sale of our existing property. The communication and constant dialogue provided throughout, both via direct communication and through their sales portal was excellent and made a stressful process as straightforward as possible. We had an offer accepted on our new home prior to marketing our existing property and so were also in a bit of a race against time to get on the market and sell for a suitable price. The guidance given in regards to the marketing strategy etc. was fantastic and ultimately got us the result we were looking for. We had a wonderful experience with Coulters from start to finish! The team helped us market and sell our current house as well as purchase our new house. They provided ideas to help us make our house more desirable aesthetically and provided good, clear feedback to set our expectations. They had a very clear and effective strategy to ensure we secured a sale and were proactive at getting things done. They were also very helpful with setting up viewings and made it very easy for us to organise them ourselves. On the purchase side, they gave great advice to help us secure our new property. We had put in one unsuccessful bid prior to our successful one, and they were spot on with the assessment both times about what we needed to do to secure the purchase. We felt very confident about the level of advice we recieved and this made the whole process of buying something much less heartbreaking. Overall, everyone across the teams were great at communicating and keeping us up to date as things progressed. We felt that Coulters were possibly more expensive than some other companies that we considered but we're so happy we went with them because it was worth every penny for that peace of mind they brought us. I can't recommend them enough!

We have just completed our house move after an incredibly long sale period following our initial acceptance of an offer. At the same time , our purchase of an apartment via a developer was equally difficult. To make matters worse we had personal health problems. Recently sold our flat and bought our new home through Coulters and couldn’t recommend them enough, they were so efficient at moving through all the stages to get our flat on the market and the advertisement/photos/video looked amazing.
