We’ve had a really great experience so far selling through Coulters. Sean was fantastic figuring out the best way to go to market, Lucy was great getting everything lined up, the only minor criticism would be the handover from the presales to marketing team could have been more informed from a client point of view, but overall was fine. The sales team took all the pressure off by scheduling the viewings and were fantastic and offered amazing availability for buyers to get in touch. It felt like Coulters tailored their approach to who we were and what we wanted to achieve from the process. Huge thanks to Jenny on the sales front, a warm, kind and reassuring presence who adapted the approach to our sale and didn’t make us feel forced in any way. The Coulters software side of things was great to use and their marketing contractors were really easy to have around. A remarkably straightforward experience from something we expected to be very stressful. We look forward to dealing with Elaine to conclude the sale and secure an onward purchase.

Having used the services of Ross MacKay before on the purchases of several properties I have always found his attitude to be very professional and his property knowledge to be extremely helpful. He has always been very friendly when I deal with him. In addition with the purchase of Croftinloan Farm Pitlochry I would like to make a special mention to Louise Williams - who went above and beyond the call to help secure a sale. She helped from every aspect of the sale from financial aspects (beyond valuable advice), helping with expert building/ roofing surveyors, all the way to the way through to the midfield of the legalites of access roads and land boundaries. Having never bought a property outside of Edinburgh City centre I was, at best, ill prepared to buy in Pitlocry. Without the absolute professionalism and extremely hard work of Louise I doubt the sale would have actually gone through.She was incredibly patient and always extremely friendly when dealing with me both in person and on the phone. Fantastic service from Coulters end to end from sale to purchase, both in Edinburgh EH10 We had a purchase offer accepted subject to sale of our existing home so it was key to move fast.
