Coulters offered us an excellent service acting for us on both the sale of our existing property and the purchase of our new home. We were well looked after by Nicki and team for the marketing and sale of our flat in Newington. Struan and Nicky paid good attention to detail with all conveyancing matters. They were also very helpful in answering our queries and providing us with advice and guidance along the way. They acted quickly when instructed. We felt well looked after. Highly recommend them.

I sold my property through Coulters in Edinburgh and I cannot recommend them highly enough! From start to finish they were excellent, proactive, responded quickly and went above and beyond to help. No question was too big or too small. Marketing looked extremely smart and the online tracking of viewings and feedback was very smooth and helpful. It was also great having the agent and solicitors within the same company. A very very big thank you to Francesca and Jennifer, Struan and Nicky. I used Coulters for both sale and buy processes. The team was professional, friendly and, most importantly in these situations, reassuring. The online sale tracking portal is well made and really useful. A special thanks to Aileen for her work on both processes - it was a pleasure to work with. I can't recommend Coulters highly enough. I just had my property title changed and everything went beyond smoothly. Special thanks and appraisal to Struan for his help, advices and support. He didn't just help me move the title, he become my trusted adviser on every matter. He is extremely thoughtful, caring and supportive, he looked at the details and made sure I will be OK. For someone going through their first time buying or changing titles, I had no idea what's needed, how long will take, etc. Struan was with me every step of the way. This is the second time I work with him and would absolutely recommend him to all my family and friends. He is the people person you need when dealing with property matters and you can be 100% sure he will look after you.

I had Caitlin Houliston and Aidan Tuohy at the helm of my sale and purchase of a property and I can not recomend them both enough and the Coulters team. The entire process was seamless. Both C & A where always extremely responsive and personable. C answered my many many questions throughout the process of the sale and purchase of another property and I never felt out of the loop or unaware of what was going on. They both made made my entire experience smooth and easy and stress free. This was done in the run up to Christmas when everyone is so busy so I really appreciated the patience and professionalism they carried through out.
