GoogleThe complicated process of selling a flat was helped by Coulters staff, from the marketing to the conveyancing, who were willing to spend time going through things with me. I was pleased with their help and advice, bringing the sale to a satisfactory conclusion. The only problem was a lack of continuity with frequent changes of staff, so I was speaking to different people every couple of weeks.
Thank you for your review and for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased the team were able to guide you through to a successful sale. We appreciate your comments on continuity and will take that on board. We wish you all the best going forwards.

Google★★★★★ I am delighted with the exceptional service provided by Coulters throughout the sale of my property. I was particularly pleased to have worked with Nicki Douglas on this sale, especially after a missed opportunity with another property previously. One of the biggest lessons I have learned is just how important it is to get the valuation and marketing price right from the outset, and Nicki’s experience played a huge part in attracting buyers, generating strong interest and ultimately securing an excellent offer. I was genuinely delighted with the result. Whilst it was a lovely flat, I achieved more than I thought was realistically possible. The cosmetic improvements and presentation advice Nicki recommended were greatly appreciated and certainly helped take the property to the next level. The whole experience was extremely positive, and the professionalism, guidance and communication throughout were first class. I would also like to give special thanks to Carmella, Struan and Nicki for the exceptional work they did throughout the entire process. They were absolutely fantastic from start to finish, responsive, professional, helpful and reassuring at every stage. I am extremely happy with both the result and the service I received. I have already recommended Coulters to others and would have absolutely no hesitation in doing so again. I would very happily buy or sell a property through Coulters in the future.
Thank you for such a detailed and thoughtful review. We are thrilled Nicki's advice and expertise made such a difference to the outcome, and we will make sure Nicki, Carmella and Struan all see your kind words. It was a pleasure working with you and we look forward to doing so again in the future.
