GoogleWe came to Coulters rather battered and bruised: the original agent we were using to sell our Morningside flat vastly overpriced the property, generating only two, unpromising, viewings in ten weeks. Despite our cutting the offer price several times we were spiralling downwards and, in despair, we turned to other agents for advice. Enter Coulters and Nicki Douglas, with her calm, kindly manner, professionalism and years of experience. Supported by Nicki, we went through a sea change and received three offers within a week of relaunching the flat. Nicki, we cannot thank you enough for working so hard for us. We did get our lives back! Thanks also to Elaine Bell for her wise advice and friendly manner during the negotiating process and to Carmella Gamboa for providing stress-free conveyancing. Finally, Coulters Property Portal has to be seen to be believed, absolutely invaluable for letting keep tabs on each stage of the marketing process and the viewings once they start flooding in!
Hi Alan, thank you for such a thoughtful review. We are really pleased Nicki, Elaine and Carmella were able to turn things around and get the result you deserved. We will make sure they all see your kind words. We wish you all the best going forwards.

GoogleI can’t recommend Callum and the team at Coulters highly enough. Callum managed both the sale of my home and the purchase of my new one, and the service I received from start to finish was exceptional. He was professional, approachable, and always kept me informed, making what could have been an incredibly stressful process feel much more manageable. I always felt that everything was in safe hands, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Coulters has completely changed my perception of conveyancing solicitors. The level of communication, attention to detail, and genuine care shown throughout was outstanding and a huge step above any conveyancing firm I’ve dealt with previously. A big thank you to Callum for all of his hard work and support. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and Coulters to anyone buying or selling a home.

GoogleWe used Coulters to sell our property in Haddington. Carmella handled the legal side from the offices in Edinburgh and was excellent. Everything was dealt with efficiently in a timely manner and we were kept in touch throughout the process.
