GoogleI recently purchased my dream home with the assistance of Coulters and I can’t recommend them highly enough. The team, especially Aidan, Sinead, and Louise, went above and beyond to make the entire process seamless and stress-free. One thing that really stood out for me in comparison to past experiences with solicitors is how proactive they were. Instead of me calling them, trying to get an update and being promised a call back that never comes, Coulters were on the front foot from the outset and were forthcoming with meaningful, informative updates. Aidan’s professionalism stood out from the start. He explained everything in detail and submitted my offer the same day whilst ensuring I felt confident and informed at every stage. GoogleCoulters helped me on the journey to selling my property and I cannot thank them enough for their flawless service from initial valuation through to the conclusion of the sale. Zoe's outlook on the valuation and other points to consider when selling were realistic and I felt no pressure whatsoever into make any decisions. Throughout the whole process, the updates & communication from all involved - Zoe M, Lisa G, Chevaughn M & Lucy L - were second to none, it is a massive positive for me when you do not have to chase professional companies for updates! Overall, this experience has been stress free & painless and I cannot recommend Coulters highly enough - I will have another property to sell in a few years and I will definitely be using Coulters again.

Excellent communication throughout and little helpful tips along the way which made the whole experience as unstressfful as possible.
